I booked this hotel via Agoda after not knowing much about the location, but it turned out that this hotel was smack bang next to the best street food market in the area and the shopping precinct. The hotel staff are very nice and are very accommodative to your requests. The front desk was very kind to keep checking for us on our flight changes and kept us up-to date on the status. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet has a good variety and was sufficient to get a snack before heading out on a long day of walking and exploring.

I highly recommend Blue Diamond Hotel when planning to visit Ho Chi Minh. -location is around 30 minutes to and from airport. -walking distance to all the must visit and places to eat in the city. -very near Ben Than Market but still in the quieter area. -rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious . -staff is very helpful especially the people in the reception! -hotel price is really value for money! definitely staying here again when I visit Ho Chi Minh

Suggestions to Management: Re: breakfast that’s included in room price - change soup & fruit on a daily basis: hotel has the same type of soup ( Phở gà) and fruit (watermelon & dragon fruit) every day at breakfast. I stayed 5 days at the hotel, went to Hoi An for 5 days, came back and stayed for another 5 days - keep ALL food in warmer especially meat dishes. They do for some but not all Re: Tea time The hotel offers complimentary snacks between 4-6pm daily. This is very convenient for check-in guests while waiting to be situated. The menu includes: same fruit as breakfast, pastries, tea & water. Suggest to add something savory in the menu and keep food covered to avoid flies - provide 2 Room Keys instead of 1

Great location for the night market and attractions in district 1. Ben Thanh food market is a short walk from the hotel for great food in the same street as the night market. There is a variety on Asian foods to choose from all good and safe to eat. Staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful and breakfast is ok. Remember this is Ho Chi Min and there 6 million motor bikes in the city so you must be careful crossing the road as the pedestrian crossing means nothing and also by careful on the foot path as bikes offense use them to.

I stayed 1 week in this hotel. Good location, easy access to the tourist spots. The room is comfy, clean, spacious. The foods in cafe were nice. The staff are friendly and able to communicate in English. The environment of the massage center at 1st floor is nice, so enjoy the massage service there.

Hotel is nice, comfy and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is within walking distance, if you are looking for the main busy bars though they are about a 15-20 minute walk away.

Hotel is spotless, desk staff are very helpful with local knowledge. My only criticism is that the breakfast is not as good as it could be. But the location is excellent safe and there are plenty of breakfast options close by including the market and that is really good and cheap.
