5 Stars for the Staffs’ Exceptional Service”
Overall, the hotel is good. What makes is standout is the warmth and friendliness of their staffs. Everybody wear a smile here! One exception staff is Mr ToBy. Whatever information you need, he has it. Good Korean/ Japanese/ Vietnamese food, best local shopping, big shopping center, spa, Sky bar, sports pub, he is always ready to recommend. And when you are ready to go, he would either shout across the road for taxi or hail the next available one for you. Their services may be what you had expected paying for a 5 star hotel. But for $40+ a night, with this kind of exceptional service, I will definitely be back here the next time I go to HCM. Thank you very much, Mr ToBy and everyone at the hotel!

Nice lobby, clean and comfy room. There's a Korean restaurant at basement, foods is delicious and the price is affordable. Good location, easy access to tourist spot and a street full of Japanese restaurant and massage center.

Very good place”
Awesome breakfast. Great rooms. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. They are still improving the place but na problems about noice. Street terrace where you can enjoy a drink while looking to the passing people. We had a great time at Skygem Sora

WFH trip to HCM”
Pretty good room design. Not too noisy at night. Wall plug need to change as it’s over utilised. Getting to lose. My room 401 has faulty exhaust fan. This is my 3rd hotel for this trip. Overall I can’t find any other cons here.

Value for price”
The price is reasonable for such a good location and facilities. The soundproof of each room was not so optimal. The staffs were helpful but maybe they could have been more friendly. Overall, i would recommend this hotel to my friends!

Eccezionale”
Great location and helpful staff. The breakfast was by far one of the best I have had so far in a regular hotel in HCMC. The AC was a little slow to start up but things were great once it was on.

Good Value and location”
The rooms were relatively modern and well appointed for the amount you are paying for. The location is excellent and the rooms were very clean. However, the gym was disappointing (just 2 machines in an open air porch) and the jacuzzi was not working. Also, the touch screen of the lifts (intended to be a modern addition) was not working properly.

The man outside that help on the luggage was good. He shared us a lot of information about where can we have good meal in ho chi min. Breakfast was simple. Room was clean just I prefer the room without bathtub.

Pro: Room is nice & spacious and hotel staff is efficient when you have feedback or requests. Con: Hotel room is a central unit aircon and i cant control temperature on my own . the temperature will just stuck at 23c which i feel very stuffy. But luckily the hotel staff is able to adjust the aircon temperature upon request.

Overall environment is very good and clean/ comfortable, however, the sound insulation system in the room is pretty bad, I can hear clearly how the people is working on the corridor and it wakes me up very early in the morning, and the noise never stop since the cleaning lady keep on working right of my room, if people can not stand the noise then you better be careful with this one.

Nice hotel for couple”
This hotel is very nice, big room, good toilet (suitable for couple), great bath at outdoor. The receptor can communicate in English and service very well. We can check-in early. There are minimart in front of hotel and we can walk to Vincom, good location! My package is include breakfast, It’s delicious. But we can order only 1 food and 1 drink. I think I should can order more than to this 😂. By the way, I impress this hotel!!!

Great location for a decent price”
The staff are young and very helpful. One of them, I think his name is Nhật or Nhứt, is proactive. More staff members should learn from him. I think if the hotel facilities had been fully functional, it would have been a great stay. Still, for the price, it was a decent hotel.
