Thank you very much. That was a very nice motel. I enjoyed the time living here. The staff is very good, especially the receptionist Mr. Stone, very friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and so kind. The room was clean and tidy with fresh air.

Wow! What a hidden gem. Owners provided an absolutely wonderful experience for our 1 night with them. Will definitely come back to stay next visit to Tassie. Too bad I can only give 5 stars, would be more if I could.

Fantastic location”
The motel was centrally located within walking distance to salamanca and the wharf. The bed was comfy with all the amenities you need. It is located on a busy road so bring ear plugs. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay.

Nice surprise”
Blue Hills Motel on face value when you are walking to your room has you a little worried as the stairs etc look below standard. However the room was wonderful. Very clean, fantastic bed. Location is amazing, short walk to Salamanca Markets, Constitution Dock and Battery Point. Recommend. Had no airconditioning however nice breeze through windows.

Well Travelled But First Time Tassie Visitors”
Enjoyed the stay at the Blue Hills, staff were welcoming and accommodating to several requests. The basics such as bed, was very comfortable, slept well the whole stay, with the slower having great pressure and abundant hot water, better than my home shower. Was amazed at what I could fit in the fridge, looked small but had deceptive lots of space. The views from the top balcony are million dollar and spectacular. Décor was some what dated , well worn carpets on the internal stair case, but for me this added to the relaxed feel of the motel. Location is not far from the city with shops and restaurants close by. World of food shop, a gourmet experience, further down Sandy Bay Road . Enjoyed my stay. PETROFF

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to the room too since there were extra spots. Very clean room and facilities. Located in battery point just a short walk away from some great restaurants and the ocean.

We found the hotel was nice and clean, the location was a 10 minute walk from the markets and shops. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us.

I selected this place for its location, walking distance from Salamanca Market, very convenient location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Definitely a right choice which we will stay again in future visits.

Great location in short walking distance to Battery Point, Salamanca and waterfront. Spatious room that has everything you need and is clean and modern. Highly recommend. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Hobart.
