Lovely Resort”
A nice resort, not much around, you do need a car if you want to explore the area. We love it there because it's mostly just expats and Thai people. It is in a nice quiet location and the beach is very nice. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here. Hotel has a very nice big and open garden. Room is clean and very comfy bed and pillow. Staff was very friendly. Best time to go is after the monsoon season to better enjoy the beach. Location was excellent. Very near to 7 Eleven, Bic C, sea food stalls, restaurants and other souvenir shops.

The room is nice and clean, only the bed is super loud when moving. The breakfast is ok but super cold. No plate to put more bread. Fruits were almost finished when we were there even though it's still within the hours.

Staff is not helpful ”
. Room is not ready for check in until 16.00 pm. And room is not clean maybe not enough housekeeping. We asked for help to warm up food for baby when we go for BF. staff say No. Are we asking to much??

Room clean, garden is nice have open space for nature. staff is helpful when booking. WiFi not working and safe box closed, feedback but no response. breakfast not impressed. Table at beach are nice, but allow people smoking, we have to move to other tables.

The hotel has good location, near beach, good staffs, nice decoration of constructed stream in the hotel park. The room is clean and the food is good.

Old Style Hotel”
This hotel now has restaurant area reach beach front. Hotel guests have their own beachfront. Have space to relax at beach. Restaurant is good enough if you don't want to go outside to have dinner. Breakfast is American style not to vary but they use good ingredient. Please avoid water fall room style due to a bit old.

We loved the garden setting and enjoyed the food at the beach bar. The staff were friendly and helpful but there were few things like the breakfast, unavailable items and design details that prevented it from warranting a higher score.

Best location, easy to find”
You can't miss where it's located as it's right at the junction of the beach. However I am not impress with some dirt on the towel and pillow :( ps. no fresh coffee.

Nice Sunset Setting”
Nice place to watch the sun go down with a beer or a cocktail. Food okay, staff very good and rooms nothing special but acceptable . Beautiful grass areas an bridge overcome the river to the seaside were a highlight.

Good location but not well maintenance”
The hotel can reach Chao Lao beach with their nice coffee&bar. You can chill at dinner and reach the beach easily. However, they don’t well maintenance about gardening which make the hotel look not nice as it suppose to be.

The resort is a 4 minute walk from beach, the staff are friendly, no real hot water in shower or tap, it's very luke warm. Overall if you get deal on agora, than good deal but fir the real value they won't, no it's not

We were disappointed with how they managed their dining room. Some staff were standing there staring at their cell-phones when guests were waiting for tables to be cleaned. No proper Covid protection. People in dining room went to buffet table without mask on. People who already finished their meals just sat there without masks. Scary.

The real environment is not as I expected. Room is not clean. Family room is next to garbage pile. Parking is not safe. No security guard.

Resort facilities & Overview”
It's just the room that is OK. The rest parts of the resort is unacceptable, particularly the view and cleanliness and tidiness. There is no SEAVIEW room at all since you can't see the ocean from your room even though you are willing to pay extra. Besides, breakfast is terrible. Put it simply, there is no buffet or even a fresh coffee for the guests. It's not worth paying.
