prezzi quasi raddoppiati, sia ristorante che servizi, rispetto alla media. la struttura inoltre avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione, come in tutto il vietnam al di fuori del piccolissimo tratto di spiaggia privata regna lo sporco più assoluto. la wifi?.. non sperate di usarla la sera quando vi rilassate sulla veranda del bungalow..non ci arriva, quindi prendete il tablet e andate a controllare le vs mail vicino alla reception!

Hello, I enjoyed the 8 days in BO Resort, found is very good (western, local , French) , the people are kind, the place is beautiful. Just one point, it is for people who like to be in nature, no Air Con, traditionnal houses. It was dreaming place and peaceful place for me.

The manager was extremely friendly! Some of the staff wasn't that helpful but then again others where spreading a good mood! We didn't like that the rooms usually had wholes to the outside that disturbed the privacy. In our first room, people from the house above us could look right through the whole in the roof into our bathroom. Not so nice, when taking a shower or sitting on the toilet. Still - the beautiful remote "Robinson Crusoe" atmosphere was all worth it!

Number one place in Phu Quoc. Quiet beach near and friedly staff. Little high prices. We spend 7 nights in superior beach house no 5 what was best one. 20 meters from beach. There is some rocks in the beach but you can do snorkkeling there and see fishes and seaweeds. 20 minute walk to little village where is lots of good restaurants and by the main road a ATM. From Bo taxi to Duond Dong costs 160 000 dongs. This place is good for people who enjoy little rustic atmosfere and hate plastic touristic places with swimmingpools by the sea. Janne & Susanne

Part of a 6 week tour of Vietnam ”

Great location, secluded hideaway for a wholly relaxing experience. Food was fabulous - we didn't feel the need to go out and eat elsewhere for a whole week and the staff were lovely. Downside: hardest bed we've ever slept on and we felt they could offer more in the way of toiletries, as a 1" square bar of soap for one week is not enough... Overall: recommended.

The place was low key, friendly the best beach! The food was medium but there are a few little spots up the road for variation all in all I loved it

I really loved Bo Resort. The staff were so nice, the food was gorgeous, and I loved the opportunity to live a bit more Vietnamese, away from air con, and closer to animal life! The insects and lizards have amazing colours! We had fun borrowing the resort's kayak and rowing up and down the bay and even up river near by (when the tide was right - ask the owner about that). It would be nice if there were bikes available to hire - maybe there were and I didn't notice! and maybe a table tennis table? I really liked the isolated location but some more activities on site might be good.

Ideal for couples, romantic huts with a lot of fauna and flora outside and also inside - nothing for you if you're scared of lizards, bugs and spiders. The whole resort is very quiet and going to sleep at 10 p.m. which is also the time the gate is closing so you have to wake up the saddest vietnamese guy on the island. All in all its the right mixture of french laidback style and vietnamese nature. I liked it there - would come back (in off-season prices its a bargain, in high season not so much).

Overrated in current state”

The bungalows are nice& location is good. We were given a bungalow which was next to a resort that was being built (noise). We went to reception to ask for a change but they were being very difficult about it and only after almost making a scene could it all be arranged. We did not have hot water, not even after it was fixed. We ordered a cab to take us to the airport in advance. The day we were leaving it was pouring. We each had 2 bags. Upon checkout none of the staff offered to help us carry it (upon arrival they did and its a pretty steep walk up). When we asked to borrow umbrellas they just shrugged and said they had given them all out. I found this unbelievable, we were soaking wet walking from the bungalow to the reception and they just did not care, all service and helpfulness they showed upon arrival dissappears however it suits them. There are no proper paths, meaning you have to wade through mud pools to get to the bungalow. And 35000 Dong for 1.5l water is outrageous.

Romantic getaway”

The place is indeed far from everything which is part of its charm. It has a wonderful strip of "private" beach, so if you are looking for a eco-lodge romantic getaway, this is your place. We definitivelly recommend the beach-front cottage, the bathroom is awesome.
