Everything is nice. Just one thing is that the beach is not right there, have to walk through blocks of houses for about 7-10 minutes to arrive at the beach. Anyway, it’s acceptable for almost guys.

Not so much”
This is a decent mid-range hotel. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and it was pretty clean. It was loud, however. My room was on the outer ring and I heard the night club next door thumping all night. In the morning I could hear every noise in the hallway, including children running around. The pool is adequate but has few chairs or loungers--definitely not enough for all the people that wanted to use them. This is a hotel just for sleeping, not for hanging out in.

Poor value for money”
I stayed here for three nights at the beginning of January. The location of the hotel is great as it’s on the main strip in Duong Dong where all the bars and restaurants are. I wouldn’t choose to stay at the hotel again as i didn’t feel it was good value for money elsewhere. The rooms are small and dark and the hotel room is very noisy and found it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was very basic. I was most disappointed with the pool area it was very neglected and looked nothing like the pictures , there was around three sun beds and they all appears to be in the shade. Overall I would not recommend , the entrance to the hotel is nice and that’s about it. Unfortunately I felt it poor value for money and I regret our stay there.

Smelly, rude, dated”
It really really was smelling like the room hadn't been aired for months. The towels were soooo old, disgusting. The person at the desk could not care less. Definitely not a 4 star. Max 2. Oh and the breakfast. Such a joke. Just horrible. Waste of money.

Check in desk staff is bad. She is very unkindly. I get angry a little bit. She doesnot have to work service job like hotelier.

The hotel was our base in Phu Quoc. It;s starting to show it age and is due for some remodeling. The rooms were clean but not in the condition of the pics currently on the website due to age. It's better than some other hotels were based on conversations from other visitors in the area. The breakfast selections could definitely be improved. Motorbike rental is available through hotel and was a very seamless process.
