What an awesome place to stay at in Amsterdam! From the location through cleanliness and facilities to the service minded and professional stuff - recommending it all for your next stay here:) I was very positively surprised and you’ll be too. A very modern and pretty place with the most friendly receptionists (wish yo highlight the super friendly Steven that made me feel very welcome and safe) - in all only positives. I’ll be back.

Hotel was flexible in rebooking non refundable rate during covid-19”
We booked a non refundable rate room in early Feb before we had any indication of the pandemic becoming the situation it is now. We reached out to the hotel directly about an exception for a refund (as many of our other bookings have allowed despite the non refundable booking). As Amsterdam did not implement lockdowns or travel restrictions, the hotel was not able to grant the request. However, they have offered to allow us to postpone travel for a year, and just reschedule directly with the hotel when ready. So while not as flexible as other hotels have been, the extension is very much appreciated and we hope to be able to make it over when our home country restrictions are lifted and travel guidance allows.

Luxurious hotel compared to others in Amsterdam. Staff where so friendly, we got an upgrade as it was the Mr’s birthday. Good location about 10 mins from Dam Sq. It was about 25 mins from Central where we spent a lot of time but definitely best hotel I’ve stayed in Amsterdam so far and I’ve been 6/7 times. Would definitely stay again, would be perfect if it was a little closer to Central

Pretty interior but quite pricey for one nite stay”
Check in around 11 pm almost midnite & check out early in the morning around 8 am. Love the rooms (we booked 2 rooms) but even in one floor separate quite far. The room hallway quite dark because of the furniture & colors, but okay. Rooms is pretty! Bed are good we have our good rest even for only couple hours kids sleep well. When we check in only 1 guy help us doing the check in & take all the luggages! He’s very helpful (oh and handsome as well! 😄)

Cute Bouquet Hotel”
Short stay in this hotel. Took tram no.4 to reach here, 2mins walk to and fro tram stops when going out or coming back. Near farmers market which is great for breakfast options. Got a top level room with no window but a small skyview roof. Not that bad room space, big toilet. Generally clean and neat. Have a pleasant smell when enter room. Don't mind stay longer.

A Good Hotel in Amsterdam”
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, particularly for first time visitors to Amsterdam. There are good transport links to the central part of the city and the hotel is only a short walk from the Museum Quarter. Very good value for money.

Very disappointing”
Claims to be 4 star hotel but in our opinion no more than 3 star at 4 star prices. The bar is very small with no atmosphere. Rooms are smaller than average. The lift was out of order during our stay, fortunately we were only on the second floor. There are also major roadworks directly outside the entrance to the hotel, which we weren’t informed about when we booked.
