“Amazing! ”
This is the best home stay experience that you can ever have. We’ve been in Vietnam for a month and stayed in many different home stay and this was by far our favorite. Only five rooms so it doesn’t get crowded and you really get to spend time with the owner and his family (if you want to) especially during the meals. The rooms are clean, nice spacious and comfortable, there’s very comfortable chairs and armchairs outside in the patio to sit and relax in a very nice garden ; if you want an authentic feel this is the place. The owner, Tuan, is a very special host,very friendly and he likes a lot to chat and have a laugh together; he speaks fluent English and is always there for you when you need him. He can take you to the market in the early morning and buy any food you like (or give you some advice) and then he and his family will cook it for you. So the food experience is unique and extremely special. There’s always a lot of fruit and vegetables and anything you want. After a few hours you really feel at home. Tuan can organize boat trips or anything else you might want to do. We went to visit a small Cocoa factory (family owned) with his son who also speaks very good english and it was a very beautiful experience. Tuan is also a karaoke fan and, if you like, he will sing for you (he’s a very skillful singer as well ) and of course also let and encourage anyone else at the table to do so .. We stayed 4 nights but if we had time, we would have stayed longer. There’s also a nice swimming pool (where you can spend very good relaxing time) that has also a jacuzzi corner … There’s a couple of cats and a very friendly little dog.
