Keeping standards high”

Been staying at this hotel intermittently since soon after it opened. Very few signs of ageing and wear, and the rooms and bathrooms look as fresh now as when it opened. Levels of staff friendliness and efficiency have been maintained at a high level, and the breakfast buffet is as good as ever. Will stay again and hope training and good management will be able to keep quality levels high.

Feels like a factory rather than a relaxing weekend”

It's a production line of rushed treatments. This is compensated by really good rooms. Overall overpriced which dampens the experience. If your staying for more than one night don't expect the room to be serviced in a timely fashion. The emphasis is preparing for the next cohort of clients.

Just spent our 6th consecutive Christmas here as family live close by. A strange location for such a nice place, out on a limb, close to industrail and commercial estates. View across the Mercedes skid pan / racetrack is an odd one, although it gives a felling of space.

Another fantastis stay”

I first stayed here a few years ago as part of a wedding party and was immediately impressed with the hotel settings both internal and external. Now returning as a couple for a special occasion the immaculate Brooklands service did not disappoint from beginning to end. From the time of my telephone booking to our arrival, our stay and departure the service was 5 star and my partner was very impressed as it was her first time. Fantastic suite over looking the Mercedes track, attentive staff, Super Spa facilities. Our dinner was equal to that of any high end restaurant and breakfast was fit for a king.

Connecting room”

I requested a connecting room with extra emineties which was not given, got email saying these extras will be put in the room which were not so had to call down, was more disappointed with the connecting room as had to keep coming through the corridor to go to the room next door and having to take the key out of wall to run back and forth. So on that note I would go to another hotel when visiting the area again.

Awful value for money. Terrible food and drinks all way too over priced. Terrible smell on the whole of the 4th floor. Not worth the money. Very very disappointed. Ruined my birthday treat.

Lovely clean spacious rooms”

I booked his for my son's 18th birthday for him and his girlfriend. After booking the room I called the hotel and they put a note on the account to make my son a VIP. They said that they would leave a card and a box of chocolates on his room, this never happened. I even reminded them and they still didn't do it. A little disappointed they didn't carry through what they said they would.

We did a driving experience at Mercedes World and this hotel was convenient to stay in. ”
