Wonderful hotel”
We were trying to decide between Ibis Styles or Capri by Fraser. Very glad that we chose Capri by Fraser, it's in a nicer location, quieter and closer to the Botanic Gardens. We were also very impressed by the fully featured gym, swimming pool, and free laundry for washing our clothes. Our room was on the highest floor (18th) and was one of the quietest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom was large and very clean. The housekeeping was fast and efficient and never let us down. There was a bit of confusion when we checked in, as our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 2pm. Apart from that tiny fault, nothing to complain about here. We loved staying at Capri by Fraser and would definitely stay there again. We stayed over the New Years Eve 2019-20 period. Recommended hotel.

From the moment you walk into this funky new motel tour made to feel special. ”
We stayed in the Xmas holidays and were surprised to have the indoor pool all to ourselves. The bar staff were friendly and chatted whilst making me a $10 cocktail in cocktail hour. We sat outside and people watched. The city is literally a 5 min walk away. We asked for a high level room and we got it. We were so high up we couldn't see the ground but we were surrounded by office buildings. I now know to ask for city view. We paid $135 for a king bed room and paid $45 for valet parking. Next time we will arrive early as they can hold your luggage till your room is ready so either swim, use the sauna, steam room, games room or check out the city. The restaurant was busy for dinner and has a great vibe. Every single staff member we had contact with were super friendly and genuine and a credit to the motel.

Good, but not as good as last time. ”
My wife and I came and stayed with Capri a few months ago. We were very impressed with their deluxe studio room as it had a neat view and the layout of the suite was long and pleasant. On this most recent occasion, we expected the same kind of room, also asking specifically for the highest possible room, so as to take advantage of the view. Upon entering our room, we were quite disappointed as our window had a giant pillar in the middle taking up the majority of the window. The layout was different as instead of a nice flow on from window, through bedroom area into bathroom, it was quite cramped and boxy as the entrance to the bathroom didn’t flow on from the window over the bedroom, but rather from around the side. Also, along with our heavily obstructed window, there was no view to see as our small windows were facing the side of an office building. Obviously not all rooms are going to be similar, but our experience was so disappointing as opposed to our first wonderful one.

After reviewing your bookings, I can see that on a previous stay you booked a higher room category, a Studio Executive. Our prime location in the heart of the Brisbane CBD means unfortunately that we are surrounded by higher buildings. Our entry room type, the Studio Deluxe, is therefore not advertised with any view. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed one of the most comfortable I have slept in. Shower was awesome, great size, water pressure and even the complimentary soap smelled amazing. Walking distance to everything you could want or need. Great gym, gym bathroom, sauna and pool. Beaut coffee Lab across the road and handy to coles and shopping complex. Definitely would stay again.

I always love staying here. Location is great (although in 05/22 it was next to a new train station construction site which could create noise at times). Lovely rooms, pool, gym and steam room although sadly the sauna was out of order. Room was clean and tidy. Staff friendly at check in.

Enjoyed my 5 days stay at Capri by Fraser Brisbane. Greeted by the friendly staff when i arrive late night 10pm.. They are also very helpful before I have arrived with booking of shuttle service from Airport to hotel. They even help to keep my delivery order which arrived days before I reached the hotel. Is located within the city and many food places around.. Good deal that I have for staying for 5 days..

It has really lovely linen, pillows and the bed was so comfortable. The little kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Lighting modern and everything worked so well. Definitely value for money. All staff were warm, welcoming and efficient.

Stayed in Capri by Fraser for 2 nights due to work, and had a great time. The location is great, the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was huge and very comfy! Highly recommend.

The hotel was a short walk from the train station, in a very convenient location. The facilities where pretty well maintained and very friendly and professional staff. I absolutely loved the late check put deal on a Sunday as I had the time to enjoy a sleep in after a Saturday might out and not having to wonder around the city prior rushing to the airport, I will definitely choose this hotel away for a perfect weekend away in Brisbane :)

I really enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. A big plus was the spacious bathroom and comfortable sleep we had. Location was great. Parking charges were reasonable too.
