great bed and breakfast”
Highly recommend this charming bed and breakfast in a great location in Mexico City. the house itself is beautiful, the owner was very helpful in giving us recommendations on where to eat, routes we should take for walks etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Casa I’m good location ”
This is a really nice boutique style hotel with great decor. I was greeted and checked in by Matthew who showed me around the property and gave me a detailed map of things to do out and about in Mexico City. My room was exactly as shown in the pictures, very spacious with a large high ceiling bathroom. Only down side was having a shower in the bathtub as the water was slow to run out of the bath. The room was quiet and the large windows let in a good amount of light. Freshly prepared Breakfast was included and served in a elegant dining room. The staff here are friendly and welcoming.

Perfect Stay”
This accommodation was exception. The room was comfortable and incredibly stylish, as was the whole house. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the staff went way over and above to be helpful and accommodating. I couldn't fault Casa Comtesse.

Ups and Downs”
We stayed in the spacious Jaguar room. In-room bath was adequate. Wooden floors in bedroom are uneven...possibly due to previous water damage. We didn't see any of the other rooms in the B&B...but some are apparently quite small. Windows are unscreened....so you may have the occasional mosquito or fly. We stayed during February when weather was cool at night and warm during the day--so neither heat nor air conditioning was a factor. We kept the windows open at night...and the city noises (alarms, sirens, etc) could be noisy enough to interfere with sleep at times. Cigarette smoke found it's way into our room in the evenings....but we are more sensitive than most about this issue. B&B starts serving breakfast at 8am on weekdays (9am Sundays). Late start of breakfast meant we always had to rush through the meal each day that we took a tour. If you like to start your day before 8am, you will have to jump through a few hoops to get coffee from the staff. Staff seemed a little enervated by our desire to have coffee before the official 8am start time for breakfast--and when we complained about the attitude of one of the servers, management made no effort to address our concerns. Should your travel plans require you to leave before breakfast is served, B&B does not provide any sort of credit or boxed meal to go. Neighborhood is on the fringe of Condesa....and the immediate area around the hotel doesn't have much to offer. Staff seemed knowledgeable about Mexico DF and its environs. Housekeeping staff generally did a good job.
