Its the best place to stay if you want to got to Seuol”
Value for money is worth it. the location is great - its quiet and near (2 mins walk) bus stop and airport bus stop; you can walk going Myeongdong for 10 mins or ride the bus, its near palaces as well so if you want to stroll its a good hotel to start. The Room is very clean, during our stay even if i have no disturb - i get to go out and ask for some additional water, coffee/tea or new towels, the cleaning staffs are great and accommodating, the receptionist are accommodating and answer our inquiries very nicely. All you need are there and if you request, if its available or not, they will make time or way to provide it to you.

We arrived at the hotel around 8:30 am and left our bags at the concierge (check-in time is 2pm)... Come 9am, we hopped on the free shuttle bus (provided by the hotel) to Myeongdong... came back by 2pm and Check-in was a breeze... We got a standard triple room and its size was good... bathroom was huge!! They always clean the room and replenish our complimentary water bottles... The location of the hotel is very good because it is at the center... I can literally walk to Myeongdong in 15-20 mins and Insadong is like a 3 minute walk from the hotel entrance. Will definitely stay at this hotel again next year when I come back.

The service was good and the try theor best to solve any issue..we were in room 421 and the noise level from a protest was so loud and we request for a room change and got rm 1408 which was an upgrade . we then had an issue with the door . the door does not shut automatically and the housekeeping staff did not realised that and my door was left unlocked for the day. The good news was nothing was stolen and they took note of it and told the house keeping staff ..she saw me the next day and apologize and then made sure the door was lock at the time. Very lovely and nice staff. We also had an unfortunate incident with the washing machine and they got the repairman to come and sort it out within the hour ( almost midnight). Overall the service that they gave us was so good that all these incidents were dealt with promptly. Will definitely go back and stay there again. We also got free duty free vouchers which we use. Save us a lot of money if u know what u are looking for. 😊

The hotel provides excellent value and is at an excellent location for cultural attractions near the Insadong traditional shopping street and palaces; moreover, it also has a free shuttle bus to take you to Myeongdong, seoul station. The breakfast is good which contains Korean and western styles (which is important if you are not used to spicy food). The hotel is very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean with a nice city view. The housekeeping did a great job. It is also suitable for long term stay as it has a self-service Laundromat.

First of all, there was confusion over the booking. When I booked the hotel from the US, I think my computer changed the date because of the time difference. While I was very careful about booking the correct date, once I booked it and got my confirmation, I did not carefully check the confirmation to see the dates were correct. (This has happened to me on the opposite end, too.) Anyway, the result was that I did not check in by the date of my first night on the reservation and the rest of my booking was cancelled, and I had the pay for the night I "missed".. But thankfully, when I did arrive, they were able to get things worked out and I was able to pay the hotel directly for the time we originally wanted at the hotel. But they were very nice and helpful in the process, and in the days that followed. Our triple room was a little crammed (with we'd gotten the Triple Deluxe instead of the Standard Triple), but the bathroom was huge and gorgeous, and all in all, the room was fine.

Superb accommodation”
The place is centrally located in Insadong. Best location: It's a 5 minute walk in Insadong's night market. Just north of Myeongdong district, very near Buchon Hanok, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Gwanghwamun Square and Cheonggyecheon Stream. There's a convenient store in the building which is definitely a plus and it's literally in front of one of the branches of Shinsegae Duty Free shoppe. The staff are nice and very accommodating to our request. We also give 5 star to the hotel's cleanliness. Will definitely stay here when we go back to Korea.

Great location and helpful staff”
The location is awesome, 5 mins to delicious food in Dotonbori and 10 mins walk to Kuromon market. The train station is also within walking distance so traveling is quite convenient. The rooms are clean and although not large, it’s sufficient for us as a couple. The staff speaks proficient English and was very helpful and friendly with answering questions and making recommendations.

The shuttle bus service provided is what makes me come back to stay at Centermark every time I visit Korea. It's very convenient for me to get from Seoul station to the hotel and Myeongdong using the shuttle bus. Moreover, it's very close to various subway stations, so it's easy to get around. The rooms are a comfortable size and they provide you with everything you could need for your stay there. However, there was one thing that made me slightly disappointed. When we first entered the room after checking in, we saw that one of the mugs still had a lipstick stain on it. It was an isolated case because I didn't experience something like this previously, but I would hope for a bit more vigilance when cleaning the rooms. All in all, it was still a good experience. I would definitely come back to stay here in the future.

Clean comfortable good location”
This hotel exceeded our expectations . The room is small but clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is fine. My only quibble would be having to use the bathroom to charge my phone as all other outlets were in use. Could have used more hangers or hooks, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. We especially loved the yogurt. Laundry worked well, too. Much appreciated. We used the fitness room. I'd have liked to find disinfectant and a cloth to clean the mat, although the room seemed very clean. We were near all the things we wanted to see, including the 2 main palaces, Bukchon Village and the stream-side path , which seems to go for miles. We had planned to use the hotel bus, but ended up walking instead. Very good value.

Place isn’t bad if you’re a solo traveler or even with family they clean everyday and the staff is very accommodating it’s also near a lot of subways and buses as well as myeongdong so there’s always something to do. Highly recommended and would definitely come back to this place again

The things we liked best about this hotel. 1. Shopping everywhere in walking distance 2. Restaurants all over the place 3. In walking distance to two different places to catch the bus to the airport.

GREAT”
Good location, less than 10 mins walk to Jongjak Metro. There is a supermarket just downstair and less than 5 mins walk to 24hr convenience store. Shopping mall just opposite. Room not that big but it's still great. Only complain is the water flow is very slow in the bathtub.

Very near jonggak station. Walking to jongno sam ga station also not really far. Near gyeongbokgung, bukchon places. 2 mins walk to insa dong. Love this place. I had stayed this hotel for 5 times

Had a great time at this hotel”
I had two reservations for two different type of rooms at this hotel: one for one night, and the other for three nights. The staff helped to ensure that I didn't have to change rooms, so they helped to correct the reservations. The staffs are very helpful to show directions to where I want to go. It is also a convenient location, as I used public transport to get around. In the last day, I just needed to walk about 5 minutes to catch the limousine bus to the airport. All in all, we had a great time.
