Good Location, but no maintenance, and caused double booking”

There are afew landlords in this same buildings, so when i book, i got contacted by 2 different personal, which is very confusing, and in the end caused double bookings. The location is good, near to the eateries and small shopping mall, if u wan to live in the city, otherwise i advice staying near the beaches where all the entertainment are saturated there. The price is cheap for a big family..The master bedroom aircon is old and not cold enough, the mattress is old, can feel the springs on your back when u sleep, the curtains is too thin to cover the harsh sunlight coming from the windows. there are spider webs in the corners of the rooms. The bathroom doors are like rotting away. The rest of the rooms's mattress are fine.

Haunted experience.. Expecially master room.. My grandma told that, she can fel something touch she.. My aunt and i have a nightmare .. At the might night, all of us heard sound from the living room and kitchen.. Aircord also not cold..

Old apartment need to upgrade”

All the room air cond are not getting enough cold due to all the air cond is full of dust. TV channel not enough subscription as been listed. Master bedroom toilet not maintained whereas there's cigarette dust. Toliet bowl filthy dirty.

Good location , and value for money for a big family ”

The location is good. but the double decker top mattress seems to be dusty. it has hot water dispenser which the other apartment doesnt have.

Comfortable stay nearby town area”

The apartment unit is just like how we thought it to be - quite spacious for the whole family. The furniture in bedroom is a bit rundown and mattress in master bedroom is covered by plastic (noisy and uncomfortable). The swimming pool is closed for maintenance so the kids were disappointed. Overall it was OK.

My stay at suria service suite is apartment was nice, 2.5 km from jetty. It's a 3 bedroom apartment.the house is clean. well maintained. The only issue we faced in the master bedroom the spring bed is kind of old might need replacement.

Great location, need improvement for maintanance”

My first time staying at century suria was on 2008. During that time, it was awesome. However, during my stay in november 2014, the condition of the apartment is totally different. Previously, the apartmwnt were well maintained but recently i found out that the condition of the apartment need more improvement. I was dissapointed but as the staff there were so friendly, i manage to enjoy my stay there.
