The hotel's located on the good location where can walk to beach within 2 mins. Staffs are so nice and the room is very clean. But breakfast is a set not buffet

This hotel has very good staff. They are very nice and helpful. The food here were very good. We’ve ordered foods from hotel every meal, that was very tasty food for both Thai and western food. One more thing this hotel is very quiet place it’s worth for relax.We definitely recommend this hotel.

I was visited here with my little cute girlfriend, it was very nice and clean at everyplace of the hotel. The staffs are so polite, they helped me for any inquiries I asked, as to serve the best services to customers. I was so appreciated with the environment there, it was nice for relaxation, which I could walked to the beach to listen to the sound of sea that hit to the beach and sound of creatures around here.

Great Location for a Vacation”
Since it’s near the beach, you can walk within 2 mins. 5-10mins to the local restaurants as well. The room was nice. Although the bathroom’s at the front door. The bed’s very comfy and big for a couple. Lovely staffs.

Nice staff but wierd hotel rules”
staffs were very friendly and nice. the room was clean and big. however, there was a wierd hotel rules saying that do not bring any foods or drinks into the hotel. I assume we may have to buy every foods or drinks at the hotel, even if we eat or drinks water or snack in our room. I ask the staff why it is like this. Never experience something like this before. She could not explain anything only said it came from the management team. Please reconsider my review if you want to book the room in this hotel. I am so sad that the staffs was very friendly and helpful. They were trying very hard to keep the hotel running, but this wierd rule that someone try to get every single baht from the guests may harm the hotel long run revenue.

This is hotel is very cozy and nice plus the staffs are all kind and friendly. They even have books you can borrow to read while chilling at the pool or even at your room. It was nice they gave us the room with the poolside for our view.

I really impressed this hotel. They have a nice facility and near by the sea. But the beach isn’t good. They have big bag to prevent beach scour.

The car park should have been sheltered and light control (?) shouldn’t be in the bathroom. Everything else is good

Great pool. Cozy village”
A bit hard bed like many places in Thailand. Unfortenatly our room hadn't a good view but most rooms has. The pool was clean and great. Breakfast good, thai style, no cheese and bacon but pretty much everything else. The beach was Close but not so great. The roof terrace was not in use. The village nearby (200 m) was very cozy with several restaurants and massages. The whole place is a little dated but very chsrming. I would definitly return if the price is right.

Lovely hotel in a nice quieter part of Chaam, although still enough little restaurants within walking distance. The pool was glorious, very clean and sparkly with lots of room to sit around. The staff are very nice and friendly. The wifi was a bit sketchy in the bedroom, however you could go downstairs to the main restaurant area and get full reception. We had room service twice and the Thai meals were nice and well priced. The breakfast was adequate. I would stay again if in the area.

Cheap pricedue to cash back promotion code from Agoda. Private beach is available. Swimming pool is OK. No option for double / twin room during booking but staff is willing to help to change twin room to double room. The bed is really huge for 2 people. Bathtub is available.

Friendly, clean, accommodating, relaxing”
A nice place to relax and rest. The staff is like a family, making us feel also like at home. In the morning when the tide receded, there is a nice beach to relax and swim in. After which can further relax at the nice pool. Breakfast was simple but substantial with choices and served individually. A big thank you to everyone at Cera Resort Cha-am.
