Very valuable hotel, nearby the beach, we lived in the pool access room which is great and we had so much fun.

Great Pool, beach wasn't really suitable for swimming, some development going on with the beachside deck. The room was fine although the aircon stopped working late into the night. The next morning ice dropped out of the air con unit. Mentioned it to the front desk who said that the air cons were due to be replaced soon. Overall, happy with our stay.

Beach is wonderful so as breakfast which is reasonable good. Room is ok and suit with money. Pool too deep for leave children to play alone regardless even they can swim. Shower and toilet in pool definitely need more clean!

Average”

We just stayed only one night day to took a rest before we continued our trip to Koh kood. The room is clean but it cannot keep any noise at all, we could hear the Boise from room next door or even above us. The beat thing is breakfast, there are selection of foods and it's at least worth for what we pay but the hotel restaurant is so expensive and has a lot of mosquitoes. The beach is quite OK,

Over priced. Over charged. Poorly organized breakfast buffet line. Not so okay breakfast for its price. It was also way too crowded. Poorly designed family deluxe room. Dirty room with cockroach on the floor. Black fungal pillows -- very disgusting. Noisy family deluxe room because it is located next to the hotel kitchen and its restaurant. Hotel policies are stingy for kids (over charged for small kid breakfast and no free entry for kid club, must pay 50 Baht extra for each kid) so anyone can imply that the property is not welcoming kids. Food and beverages are not included 7% VAT.and 10% service charge... service that we didn't well receive. Friendly staff with smiley face but poor hotel management and attitude. Its small swimming pool and restaurant were built directly on the primary sand dune with no set back zone at all. This would cause beach erosion in the near future. No sign of environmental friendly or sustainable development policy found in the property. Overall, if you are responsible visitors and care for sustainable development of Chanthaburi, this property is not your choice.

It is decorated as modern. However the quality of mattress and stuff is cheap while staff has no service minded at all. The only good things is the location as they have beach on the front. The pool is too depth to swim. If I have to come to this beach again. Surely this hotel will be cross off.

Shockingly Overpriced and Felt Ripped Off”

We booked the Cabana Family Villa at Christmas for 3 days and paid 9,000 Baht per night with taxes. Never in my life have i felt so utterly ripped off in paying such a high price for such a poor quality hotel. The room decor looks like a cheap motel with dirty walls and broken furniture. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the air-conditioning was stuck on full blast and so we did not sleep at all for the first night due to the noise from the air-conditioning and demanded to be moved the next day. There is a children's center that you have to pay to use and if you want coffee with your breakfast then you have to pay extra for it. You should not under any circumstances pay over 3,000 baht for the Cabana Family Villas even if it is peak season...there are much better options close by for half the price. To charge 9,000 baht (that is Hilton or Sheraton prices) for such a substandard room is just absurd and we would never of booked it if we knew then what we know now.
