Value for money with great sunset ”
It was a little gem in between a yummy restaurant and a hotel along the stretch of beach. It’s beachfront :D and one table and some chairs under a coconut tree providing some shades right before the beach, though outdoor furnitures were a bit weathered. It’s just beside the kitchen of the restaurant (though no smell, no noise) and can even order food directly from them. We had a van travelling as a group, no 7-11 nearby but won’t go hungry with the restaurant beside.

Cheap price according to the room condition. The best here is view of the sea from the hotel. You can walk to the sea from the hotel. If you’re don’t mind the room just sleep it will Okay for you. The water in the room is not in good condition so the hotel give us to use the bathroom in the other room.

A haven of relaxation”
The two ladies who run Charm could not have been more helpful to my pal and I. Nothing was to much trouble for them to make our three night stay memorable. The location and beachfront view were beautiful but you need a car or bike if you want to move around. We were happy to flop, relax and enjoy the view. It is generally a peaceful haven but livens up at the weekend when the city folk descend to enjoy themselves. The usual choice of good seafood, rice and noodle dishes abound. Would definitely return so thanks ladies for a great time.

I Chao Lao kan i princip ingen engelska men är man beredd att hanka sig fram med lite teckenspråk och glada miner så får man oerhört mycket tillbaka. Ägarinnan på vårt lilla hotell såg till att vi hade det fantastiskt bra. De erbjöd sig att köra oss hit och dit och de tvättade t o m våra kläder gratis! Notera att stranden vid högvatten är obefintlig. Vill man ha garanterad sandstrand bör man söka sig 3-4 km norrut. Det finns en hel del små restauranger i närheten och de kan knappt engelska men maten är god och i huvudsak seafood.

สภาพที่พักไม่คุ้มกับราคาที่จ่าย วันเข้าพักมีปัญหาทางที่พักบอกว่าไม่มีการจอง ต้องติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่agodaนานพอสมควร ทางเจ้าหน้าที่agodaติดต่อกับที่พักแล้วแจ้งว่าต้องติดต่อกับbooking.comซึ่งเราบอกว่าจะรู้ได้อย่างไร และด้วยความวางใจกับagodaจึงเข้าที่พักค่ำ เหนื่อยมาทั้งวันต้องมารอ ห้องพักซึ่งไม่พร้อมมีปัญหาเรื่องน้ำ เรื่องแอร์ไม่เย็น ต้องตามช่างมาซ่อมกว่าจะเรียบร้อยและได้เข้าห้องพักครบทุกคนก็สามทุ่ม เสียความรู้สึกกับagodaที่มีชื่อเสียงมาก ต่อไปคิดว่าคงหาและติดต่อโดยตรงกับที่พักเอง คงไม่ใช้บริการagoda อีกที่พักก็ราคาแพงเสียทั้งvat 7 %และservice sharge 10% แต่ไม่มีบริการ อะไรเลย ถ้ายังไม่จ่ายเงินก่อนคงไปหาที่พักที่อื่นแทน และคงไม่แนะนำใครมาพักที่นี่

พนักงานบริการแบบไม่มีการศึกษา ตอนไป Check-in เปิดรูปใบจองของ Agoda ให้พนักงานที่เป็นรุ่นป้าหน้าเคาน์เตอร์ดู โดนป้าตะโกนใส่หน้าว่า ขยายสิ มองไม่เห็น (วางโทรศัพท์ให้แกขยายดูเอง แกก็ชักสีหน้าใส่ จนแฟนเราต้องขยายให้แกดูเอง) ไม่มีพนักงานคนไหนพาไปดูห้อง ไม่มีการแจ้งบอกลูกค้าอะไรใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น ต้องเดินตามตูดพนักงานไปเอง แล้วยังต้องถามด้วยว่า นี่ใช่ห้องเราหรือเปล่า ป้าก็บอกว่าใช่ แล้วป้าก็บอกว่า ห้ามปรับอุณหภูมิแอร์ลง คือแบบเดี๋ยวนะ เราต้องจ่ายค่าไฟแยกตังหากเหรอถึงจะปรับได้ Helloooooo เคยเดินทางในประเทศมาเป็นสิบๆ ที่ ไม่เคยเจออะไรห่วยแตกแบบนี้อะ ไม่แปลกใจทำไมคะแนนที่พักนี้ถึงน้อยมากๆ (ได้ร้องเรียนทาง Agoda ไปแล้วและ Agoda ให้เราคุยกับเจ้าของ เราเคลียร์กันไปแล้วเจ้าของขอโทษและรับปากว่าจะปรับปรุง) แล้วก็ไม่มีร้านอาหารอะไรใดๆ ในระแวกนี้ ตอนกลางคืน ถ้าหิวจะต้องขับรถเข้าไปในตัวเมืองเพื่อหาของกิน ถ้าใครไม่มีรถส่วนตัว อย่าได้มาแถวนี้

ที่พักห้องติดทะเล มี 2 ห้องแต่พื้นห้องไม่ได้รับการดูแล ยุงเยอะมากกกกกลูกโดนกัดเต็มเลย ใครจะพักเตรียมที่ฉีดยุงด้วย ห้องน้ำกดไม่ลง น้ำไหลบ้างไม่ไหลบ้าง ห้องมีกลิ่นอับอย่าลืมพกสเปย์ปรับอากาศ แต่มีไมโครเวฟ ที่ล้างจาน ตู้เย็น ไม่มีอาหารเช้า ใกล้ร้านอาหาร
