Room seemed out of proportion compared to what one is used to. Back off road so quiet. Rural outlook. Just out of City a bit but 711 across the road and eating places nearby. No coffee facilities. Staff no English.
Standard hotel not far from bus station”
Nakhonsri Thammarat is not a tourist hub so I didn't expect world-class quality of hotels. I enjoyed my stay in the room, particularly the beautiful view from the balcony, overlooking a green garden. Other things in this room were ok, standard amenities. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. The staff were not perfect but they did their best and I was satisfied. I recommend that they should include breakfast. But actually, food is not hard to find around that area.
Little understanding of English at front of house reception. ”
Not at all prepared for western guests. From the moment of checking in we had to ask how to get to our room, how to get the TV working and what was the WI-Fi password. Simple things that could have been easily explained to us on arrival. Also breakfast was a disaster, but it was pretty much what I had expected from a Thai managed hotel. Plus side they do have agood size carpark. Learning to deal with intetnational customers would be a huge advantage in aquiring return customers.

we did check in and the booking included breakfast as manager told us for the day after, but morning after we show up for breakfast and kitchen were closed...they told me cook left and forgot phone so cant contact him...we end up to have coffee and after 30 minutes cook comeback with some eggs...cant believe...we were looking for manager but he also disappear...
