it is very nice. they knew what we need. specially Kitchen and toilet are very big. no needxwait for next. and really thank you for keeping my Luggage until lately my flight was mid night they allowed until i came back without charge. the room was vert big n has a wall between bed n bed.

As the title says.. it was very well located.. very clean and very affordable.. airport bus drops u at 3 min walk from it and the city centre is 20 min with tram ride .. tram stop just few mins away..

The reception is so friendly. Everyone is treated with respect. The kitchen is well equipped and some free food. You can feel at home in cheapsleep hostel. I thanked them well before leaving.

What you expect in a hostel”
This is a very quiet, clean, and safe feeling hostel. It's not a 5 star hotel, but if you go in expecting a hostel experience it is great!

the bathroom is too open area. I feel cold after turning off the shower. except this everything nice, nearby a train station and supermarket on the floor to buy things to cook inside hostel.

Cheap stay in Helsinki”
Not the cozyest hotel I've stayed at but definitely good value for money. Perfect for a short stay in Helsinki if you don't want to spend too much money. Bathroom was clean and the beds were quite comfortable.

Convenient, Clean, Great Atmosphere”
Pros: Convenient location (easy access to city, airport and ferry terminal), reasonable price, toilets were really clean, big common areas, and kitchen (for anyone who cooks), they also have activities to engage the travellers. Many signages and labels to help make your stay more convenient. Cons: Read negative reviews about how other travellers who booked through Agoda and only to find out that their bookings was not received by the hostel when they tried to check in. This happened to my booking too. So suggest that you all checked with the hostel directly to make sure they have received your bookings. Other than this admin issue, the hostel is a great place!

Alternative to hotel.”
Easy to reach by public transportation. It is a few kilometers away from the city center. It is a dormitory but since they have rooms with a double bed you can use it as an inexpensive alternative to a hotel. You pay half price compared to a hotel. You do also get a simple breakfast. Oatmeal with blueberries, toast, cheese, ham, salad, tee and coffee. The place is kept extremely clean. Would stay here any time when saving money.

The breakfast was delicious--great job! A more attractive door from the street can help to identify your location better; perhaps update the signage with directions about gaining entry to the building

1. Walls between beds + I booked the cheapest bed, it was like 20+ beds in a female dorm. I was worried about the noise problem at first, but I found there were walls between each bunk bed. Mirror and lockers were placed every space too, very convenient. However, we had only one window at the end of room, for those who slept in another end of the room may find the ventilation bad. 2. Tasty Breakfast + Bread, margarine, jam, ham and cheese, it won't be surprised to be found them in the breakfast buffet. I was honestly impressed by the hot purple cooked cereal, its natural aroma was so good. There were few drinks too, including milk, tea and a pink drink. 3. Supermarket located just beside hostel 4. Fair hygiene in toilet and bathroom - Some tissue on floor and smell bad. But it wasn't as bad as couldn't be tolerated. Indeed they have extra toilets, bathrooms and kitchen on 2nd floor. If you don't mind descending two floors, I think the condition there would be better.

I was a little disappointed that I left my mobile battery for charging at the reception last time and sent them an email asking them to keep it for my next visit. I had a positive & immediate response from them that they would keep it with no guarantee. I reckoned they didn't take my word and they told me was it was no longer there when I showed them the email from them. I would as a courtesy they should have emailed me asking if I was to pick it up with a date since they have record who left it there and they also had my email address. I would suggest that they lend an adaptor with a deposit rather than offering a charging service. Anyway, I have told the gentleman at the reception that I would be back in late July, I would hope they could find it for me or showed me a record where they have disposed the re-usable item. Anyway, I must give special credit to the lady, Aino, who works there and greet guests with a welcoming smile and even open doors for guests with heavy luggage.
