Amazing staff!”
We really enjoyed our stay, the area felt a little far from the action at first but it really is not far and it was actually a blessing to leave to chaos for a nice quiet and authentic area of the city. The highlight of our stay was most definitely the amazing staff, especially Gordon, Eric and Andy! They were so beyond friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know us that we felt so at home by the end of our visit. Beyond the wonderful staff the bed was comfy, the room was very clean and lovely, and the food (made fresh by Andy) was really delicious! Thanks everyone!!

best locally run hotel to stay in while in HCMC”
Since I travel a lot both overseas and in Vietnam I stay here from time to time between trips, this was about my 4th time staying here this year. The service is the best I've experienced in Vietnam, they are genuinely kind and friendly and glad to help you - it's a great location too just across the bridge from district 1. Lovely quiet room ”
As per previous reviews, our room was great, free laundry is a huge and very welcome bonus, breakfast was lovely and staff are super friendly. Great value for money in a quiet neighbourhood

Great location - local and residential”
This is the second time we have stayed at Mimosa homestay. We love that it is out of the real touristy area. You can sit on the balcony and watch local life pass you by or sit in the local corner cafe and do the same. The staff are all friendly, helpful and happy to share local knowledge with us. We walked to District 1 and the War Remnants Museum. Around HCM it is very easy to access wifi and then catch a grab home. Breakfast was pleasant on the rooftop terrace. We recommend Mimosa Homestay for a HCM stay.

This is a very nice place like a small guesthouse/ hotel. On the quiet side street in a non-touristy part of Ho Chi Minh City just across the river to all the major sites dollar 50 grab ride anywhere you want to go. Very walkable to lots of local eateries and street food stalls. The staff is amazingly helpful. The rooms are clean and stylish architecturally significant. Great Wi-Fi great showers the restaurant on the top if you’re nice view of the neighborhood in the feed is really good. I really enjoyed staying here And would stay again.

Pros: Must start with the staff..they are amazingly helpful, never seen anything like it. They above and beyond the cause and it is genuine service with a smile. The young lady we met in the morning so sweet and treated us as family. The hotel feels like Mums home..so warm and welcoming. This is truly a gem of a hotel. Thank you all so much, keep it up!

Comfortable homestay ”
First of all I would like to express my personal gratitude to all the people at the reception they all were caring and attentive during my stay in HCMC. Chez Mimosa homestay which is located in two different buildings, practically attached one another, offers comfortable, spacious accomodation in bright, clean rooms some of them featuring a balcony which overlooks the main road - actually a cul-de-sac -with little yet no noise all the time. A bit far from the city centre, which you can easily reach in a 20-minute walk or a few minutes by Grab bike, Chez Mimosa also features a strong point: its one-way free transfer service from the airport. The tasty breakfast you may easily pre-order and ask to be offered in your room, is served on the roof top in an airy, lovely atmosphere. A great stay, definitely!

Unique hotel in a location that is great for street food and reaching district 1 and 5. The rooms are a bit worn but the staff are personable and friendly. Worth getting the balcony for the streetside view. I will be back!

Staff very helpful and polite, excellent English speakers. Breakfast -: yoghurt, cereals, fresh cut fruit, fresh squeezed juices, eggs cooked to order, fresh coffee or tea, lovely view from rooftop breakfast area. Excellent stay.
