Stanza in buona posizione”
La stanza non si trovava nella posizione indicata dal sito ma ero poco lontana. Le ragazze che ci hanno accolto sono state molto carine e cordiali. La stanza era pulita arredata con un certo stile. Note negative il materasso duro e il bagno orribile.

Super cute place to stay in Saigon”
We stayed in Saigon with my boyfriend for our last two days in Vietnam and we were fortunate enough to find this place. It was not so easy to find on the first sight because their office is not facing the main street, but they have staff in place to show exact directions to lost tourists. The apartment itself was 2 mins away from the chillbox office. Staff was very friendly. They checked us in first and then they helped us with all baggages and lead us to our apartment which was right behind the Walking Street - the go-to place for a night out. The apartment was very clean and spacious and bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was also big. The only thing was that the windows were not that soundproof so you could hear pretty much everything from the outside. But when we were staying over, the streets were quite calm. Definitely recommend this place

I'm surprise when I reach Chill Box, they have welcome drinks and all the staff having smiling face to welcome you. I'm appreciate they have upgrade my room and important they are helpful to show me the area where for money exchange and how to walk to Bui Vien Walking street. All ladies staff is willing to help whenever you have question to ask. They are 24/7 ready for you if you need enquires. I believe the management have such a group of good staff and speak good English, I feel they have teams work and makes customer satisfaction for thier needs. Chill Box is trusted to stay for vacation or long term stay with a peace of mind. The management must take care of the staff because they gives good impression reputation of Chill Box. I'm sure to come back again. They makes me feels like a home. Thank you all staff in Chill Box teams and the management. Keep up for teams spirit for the customer service and needs.

The location is good. Just a short walking distance to the walking street at night. It's nearby the market too. The price is reasonable and the staffs are friendly. They will help on carrying your luggage to the room as this time we were staying at 4th floor. The room is very big and clean. Some more they upgraded our room without any charges as the room got a big balcony with beautiful lanterns designed suitable for gathering and take photos. Strongly recommended to stay at here! Will visit again for next time.

I stayed at Chill Box for just one night but I am very impressed with their customer service. Their main building is in a different location (which is actually a better location for me since it's right next to Bui Vien Street) and the staff upon receiving me took me to the other building (a group of young kids working very hard) on their motorbike. I left my necklace in the room and as it was my favourite necklace, I was extremely upset for my whole trip. I signed up with a wrong phone number so the staff could not contact me to return the necklace. But they were very adamant and tried to contact me everyday for a week to return my necklace. They even shipped the necklace back to me as I am now in Hanoi. Thank you guys so much for your professional customer service and ethics. I will definitely stay here again next time I come back.

Me and my boyfriend loved our stay! It was within walking distance of the Backpacker Walking Street Bui Vien. Everything in Ho Chi Minh was within a short walk away. The place was cozy and super cheap, but clean and worth your money! Rhe staff were super friendly. I'd stay here again when I come back!

It feels homey and the receptionist speaks good English and explains instructions pretty good. The location is strategic, close to lots of stores. I love the design and how it's super clean. The toilet is quite small though, but it's clean. WiFi's working well. I'd definitely recommend this.

The location and hospitality are good. Upon arrival, they have welcome drink and hot towel. Although there is no elevator for this guesthouse, but the staff will help you to carry your baggage to your room. This guesthouse is nearby city and attractions especially Bui Vien Walking Street. This guesthouse provide free half day city tour. The reception is friendly and helpful. On the day we are leaving, the reception will accompany you to get a car and explain the charges to the airport.

This is the first time, I Take a trip to HCM City. The Food is very delicious. The place is very beautiful.. Your staff is wonderful. When ever we asked for anything, they were so happy to help. The staff are so good! They sent us to the room by motorbike, as the room is a different place with check in area. It is a good experience! The room there actually is a fashion shop, they are same owner, owner has 3 dogs at there! They are so lovely! The place near Hyun Hoa bakery & location is good, not noisy. The room is big & nice! Comfortable room! I will go there again!

The only place I would stay in HCMC”
The staff is friendly, the security always helps carry my luggage. We were coming back and forth to HCMC and would also stay at Chillbox. They were attentive and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect, the price is very affordable and the rooms are beautifully designed. I normally don’t write reviews but this place really has a special place in my heart :)

Clean room. Super comfortable bed. Room was in a different location than the reception. But staff took us to our room by car. Located above a store so you had to walk through a lobby. No big deal.

Boutique shophouse hotel with tasteful rooms at a good price”
The hotel was a little hard to find - we arrived at the main building and had to take a scooter (with our bags) through winding alleyways to another building where our room was assigned. However, it is right smack in the middle of Ho Chi Minh City and was 10 - 15 minutes' walk from most of the places - bakeries, eateries and even sleeper bus station - we wanted to go to, and also from the main club street where all the bars and nightlife are. Staff is extremely smiley and polite, and the room (and bathroom) was extremely nice and clean though small. We spent most of the day out anyway, so it was a good arrangement.

I knew the rooms were going to be in a different area from the reception due to previous reviews so I was already expecting to walk a little bit. I was surprised when they ordered a taxi for us. Everyone was super nice and the room was great! Especially the location. It was convenient being right in the city center! I definitely recommend staying here.

We got superb overnight stay here! The friendly staff even had our reserved room upgraded without additional cost.. the place is secured, cool ambiance and is located in the center, accessible to many famous destinations in HCMC. Will surely be back if given the chance! Kudos ❤
