One of the best budget hotels in Saigon”
There are wide selections of hotels at my budget in Saigon. I have read good reviews, and contacted the hotel prior to booking, the responses were prompt and informative . I learned that this hotel management has CHILL BOX (hostel class), and CHILL SUITES (hotel grade). They are of good value and great service. The price is afforable. The room is good size and clean. The bed is comfortable. Aircond is powerful. Hot & cold water shower is good. Wifi is satisfactory. Also well equipped with flat screen TV, coffee machine, fridge etc. Surely be my choice of hotel when visit Saigon again.

New hotel Europa's style”
We found this hotel by chance and it was good choice. Hotel is quite new and everything is in style as it is used in Europa. It has excellent location all within walking distance from mostly visiting places here in Saigon in case you don't mind to walk about 3 - 5 km. This is the best way to know the city anyway. Everything is clean and modern, friendly staff, very good value for money. There is a free breakfast in the room price. If you don't need the luxury, this the best choice for accommodation within Saigon's city center.

Delicious Food and International Standards for Service Quality”
On our first day in Vietnam, it was a challenge looking for the hotel (because we didn't have a WiFi yet - but that's our problem 😅). Even though we had a printed map from google, it took us more than an hour to find the hotel along Nguyen Trai Street, also with the help of some locals pointing here and there (language barrier 😥) . When we got to the hotel reception, the lady told us that they moved our booking to their new branch in City Center which was approximately 15mins away by foot. Our first reaction was, no more walking please. We were already willing to pay for the grab because we just wanted to settle down but they offered to pay for the ride. When our car arrived to the new hotel, there was already someone waiting for us to help us with our luggages (how convenient!) 👍👍👍 Their City Center Hotel was very clean and new! The front desk staff were also accommodating, and can speak fluent English too! They are very casual, friendly, and warm to the guests it's as if you've met them before! I appreciate that kind of treatment instead of being too formal which sometimes make you feel uncomfortable. The rooms (and bathroom - to emphasize) were very clean as well. They're cut off everyday for room cleaning is before 3pm. The room and toilet is complete with basic necessities you, and the air conditioning in our room was working fine. The guy wearing glasses at the front desk politely offered to get our tickets and WiFi device we booked from Klook from the other branch. (too bad I didn't get his name). It was partly our fault because we were already there but forgot to ask for it. I'm very amazed with the extra effort you guys do for your guests just to give them the best experience/stay at this foreign country. We booked a room without breakfast because we wanted to eat local food. Upon checking in, they said that we can also have breakfast because they actually offer it to everyone. To our surprise, they served Pho, banh mi, spaghetti, slices of bread

This is a great hotel and excellent value for money. The location was great, I could walk to a lot of different popular spots. The staff were extremely helpful. I didn't know about Grab when I first got here (Vietnamese Uber) and when I asked the staff to help me get a taxi they instead used their account to book me a Grab, which was half the price of a taxi. The breakfast was lovely with western and Vietnamese options, and for a free breakfast it was a nice surprise to be offered choices. The room was really clean and look exactly like the photos.

City View Suites was perfect”
Our second time in the city and we wanted to try staying at a tall narrow building. Our room was perfect! We arrived early morning and checked-in late, the staff named Sam was really nice and very accomodating. Coming from a long trip, we felt at home right away. Our room, aside from the wall size window, which was so nice, has 2 more windows overlooking the busy rotonda of pham ngu lao . There's circle k right below the hotel too. The cleaning staff were always efficient too. Thank you for a wonderful stay Chills Suites.

We enjoyed our stay here with really nice and friendly staff. The hotel breakfast was nice and there is a noodle stall just beside the hotel too. Convenient store is also beside the hotel. The room was clean but they have thin walls so you can hear other people open and close the door but that was ok for us. Due to the changes in weather, we have to book another hotel nearer to the attractions on our second stay. Feel bad to cancel the booking on our second stay but the rain and humid weather were really making us inconvenient to walk around. Overall, I would still recommend other tourists to stay here.

Luxury at a budget”
I stayed at Chill Suites twice. The first time, I was lucky to have an upgrade to the Suite. It's such a spacious, contemporary, nice & clean room - even comes with a Jacuzzi. Everything is brand new and well equipped. I like the location, easy access to the popular spots, and convenient to get taxi/Grab. The hotel is surrounding by restaurants, cafes and street food. Even Circle K convenient store is at door step. I do wish to highlight that the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Kudos to the receptionist and door boy.

Everything was great except the noise”
I was so impressed with the room facilities. First the smart TV and then the coffee machine in the room. I stayed in 25 sqm. room, but the design felt so spacious. Room was clean and has everything you need. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only problem I have with this hotel is the wall. It didn't have noise-proof so I can hear every foot from upstair or outside or someone's talking. Overall I'm very happy and will be back for sure.

I had an excellent experience here! The staff is beyond helpful - especially Quynh. The front desk staff helped me with recommendations on restaurants, shopping, the cinema, etc. As a female solo traveler I felt VERY comfortable and cared for. The complementary breakfast and coffee were very good. My room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very modern; great shower! I would definitely stay here again if I pass through Saigon.

The hotel is clean, nice, and pretty much exactly as pictured. Cold water is available in the lobby. My room didn't have windows, but that was honestly fine because it stayed cool that way in the late Spring heat. The true star, though, is the security guard out front. He was always eager to help get the bike parked, and even noticed that my front tire was a bit flat and got it pumped up with air while I was away! He took a good hotel experience and made it truly memorable.

Very peaceful, comfortable and quiet room”
I stayed for 2 nights in room 4C. It was so quiet and also I switched on relaxing music from the Youtube (internet tv). So comfortable. The receptionist, both day and night ones, they were so helpful and polite. So convenient too as there was 7/11 just next door. My only regret, I didn't tip the doorman. I was just in a hurry to go to the airport. I will definitely come back to this hotel. I hope he is still working at Chill Suites.

I'm often in Ho Chi Minh (1-2 times in a year) and i tried a lot of Hotels. But i didn't find one, where i always one want to stay. "Chill suites" is now that one :-) From the check-in, personal, breakfast to the rooms, everything is so comfortable and uncomplicated. In the future i will always stay in this Hotel, provided there are free rooms.

I'm often in Ho Chi Minh (1-2 times in a year) and i tried a lot of Hotels. But i didn't find one, where i always one want to stay. "Chill suites" is now that one :-) From the check-in, personal, breakfast to the rooms, everything is so comfortable and uncomplicated. In the future i will always stay in this Hotel, provided there are free rooms.

Hotel is new, very clean and decorate well. Staff are friendly and nice. They were willing to help with big smile on their faces. It is nice that they offer breakfast. However, it will be even nicer if they improve the choices and quality of the breakfast. I will still definitely come back to Chill Suite when I’m back in HoChiMinh city

Best budget hotel in D1”
I've stayed at many places in Saigon and this by far the best hotel for the price range. Modern design rooms, very nice and clean. Bed sheets and pillow are very comfy. Location is 10/10. Walking distance to Bui Vien and nearby food stores. The staff there are very friendly. Will definitely come back.

Our stay were great and we love it. The hotel is not far from tourist attraction and it’s clean, just like the picture. On top of that, they do provide simple daily breakfast. The staffs were amazing, very friendly and helpful (they always greet us with smile). Definitely will come back when I’m visiting Saigon again.

Most worth for staying in District 1 with normal price”
I've one night here although I'm living in Saigon. For working purpose. The staff were so nice, even from the guard to the receptionist. The room was beautiful, cosy, but I just booked a cheap room for 1st time coming so there's no window with view, just view to the skylight well. The interior was too nice to stay, looks like a studio room. The bed was so cosy that I nearly slept over my alarm clock :)) The bathroom was very nice with a big & nice mirror. I love the light system in my room also. The TV was good with internet connection (Nextflit/Youtube). Some disadvantages you may have experienced are: - The tiny room, the table to work with laptop because the space is small and I had to carefully move items on the table. - The bath towels, bath carpet & bed clothes were a little dirty and old. But the hair dryer is good to use and I love it. The party walls are glass with curtains. - Window curtain is quite easy to look through if you haven't pool down all, despite of its good qualification. The doors was safe, using with key card but still need to be equipped with the safety lock. - No breakfast served (option) when booking although they have a nice space in the reception. Also love the complimentary coffee with coffee machine inside but there's nothing in the minibar, anyway there's a CircleK 24hours opening on the Ground Floor and if you come out after 24:00, you need to bring your entrance card to activate the door.

Short stay, but well-satisfaction”
When arriving, the staffs were friendly and warm-welcome. We was on our honeymoon, and gladly the staffs did not turn us down. The room was good and comfy, and well-decorated for our honeymoon stay, my wife love it. Although we had to leave early and cannot join breakfast, but in conclusion, it was a pleasant stay. Recommend to stay there, and we will gladly come back in the future. P/s : It's a shame that I don't remember the staffs' names, but thank you for your works !

Nice hotel ”
-Hotel was nice and clean -perfect hotel for stay -clean rooms -check in out was speedy and efficient -will definitely come here again for my next stay Things to improve - no tissue paper inside room only toilet paper - shower hole area always choked and water flowing out. But anyway I will definitely come here again next month. Thank you

My whole duration stay was very pleasant. Location is near to most attractions and shops and stalls and food. Guard was particularly great person and even tho he doesnt speak English, we just used Translate to communicate. Very nice person indeed. Recommended!
