Good value .... But it is awkward to get the key. You have to go to another Hostal a few hundred meters away and climb 3 flights of stairs ... There needs to be a better way!

The place is like an upgraded hostel. Reception is in another buildning on the third floor, no lift, which makes it inconvenient if you are traveling with heavy bags. Nice, but small room, no space to put an average sized 20kg suitcase in the double room I stayed in. There was a common room and a small kitchen for the guests to use, which is nice, but it also makes the place a bit noisy as people come and go 24 hours a day. Good place to stay in central Warsaw if you are in town for a weekend and not carry a lot of luggage or plan to sleep so much. Many nice restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood.

Check-in is at hostel (not so nice rooms) but stay is at the hotel just round the street corner. It's a long climb up 3 storeys to get to the reception to collect room key and complete registration. At the hotel itself, another long climb up 3 levels. Great that pc notebook and large TV/DVD/CD players are available for use by hotel guests.
