il periodo passato in questo hotel e' stato di vero relax - mare e piscina - vicino al mare, per lunghe passeggiate lontano dai rumori e simili - le camere sono grandi e la pulizia e' buona - anche il personale sia della reception che addetto ai servizi e' molto cortese e disponibile in qualsiasi momento.

This is a very nice budget hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The restaurant has a wonderful menu of Thai, American and Italian dishes. The staff are friendly and attentive. Definitely, a place you should try.

I am very appreciate for a good view from my room. Hotel area is cleanest and quited. It is a good choice for spend your holiday.

Very poor traffic planning, way over priced”

This a great little resort that is almost perfectly located on the beach but ruined by rock hard beds and pillows like bags of cement. Departure delayed as the budget guests thought its a good idea to block the road with poor parking. For the 2300 baht per night price, I EXPECT a lot better than this.

The location couldn't have been better, we upgraded to honeymoon suit after reception staff said we had only booked twin bungalow ( it stated twin or double on booking webpages) but staff very bad English and i didn't want a big argument so payed the scam of 500baht extra to sleep with my wife. Overall very enjoyable night, but in the evening i had placed 3 cans of beer in the fridge by mistake i drank one of the ones from the mini bar, next morning i left one of my beers to replace the one i had taken, but on checkout they said i had taken one of their beers and i needed to pay and they would fetch mine to me in reception which i did ( no problem) then waited 10 mins still none of my beer appeared so reminded reception staff who huffed, disappeared in back and returned with a warm beer from there stock (not my beer), i don't think they were going to return my beer just take money from me. I don't think staff have had customer service training.

The Good and the Bad”

Booked a sea view room but had no view, were upgraded to a 'Better' room in the back with no view but apparently was 6,500Baht a night. I wanted a sea view not an $$$ room in the back. We were moved to a bungalow on the beach which was 2,5000 (cheaper than the $$$ room in the back?).This was very good of them as we had only booked a 1,500 Baht room. Issues that need to be fixed 1: TV - didn't work at all 2:Sink; - water only dripped out, couldn't even wash hands 3:Sink - plunger / surround was broken and looked terrible 4:Bath - Plunger didn't work and could release the old water our of bath 5:Hotwater- Didn't work! 6:Toliet leaked water into bowl, water top-up every minute for 15 secs 7:Wedding party bus had its engines running for 30minutes at 7.30am, whole room was vibrating the whole room 8: No brush, consider its on the beach and coming and goings will bring sand in there was nothing to sweep anything away. 9: Window - Can not close 2 windows in bathroom - consider there is no room safe as well we carried $ etc with us all the time... Basically the staff was great Room was clean but nothing was maintained at all!!! Shouldn't book guests in when wedding party and place between wedding party's guest room....people talking and walking outside of our room for the whole time. If you want a place to get away this is not it at all There is a factory / Sand pier at the end of the beach which is totally Ugly. It also appears that many of the rooms have a new roof which is great but failed to fix the issues in the rooms. Hope the Owner / Management reads this and investigates / fixes Thank you

What can i say... this is the 1st time we been in Khanom and Chonnapha Resort. It was nice place to stay with beach easily accessible from the resort. The pool is nice and in good condition. We stayed in the colourful cottages which is well kept and clean. you can just park your car in front of the cottages. If you have a car or bike in Khanom, basically all places are easily accessible. Love the experience there!

Its not really nice to walk around as there are always dogs following and barking at people.

Sadly there was no breakfast available, restaurant opens only at 10am. Beach was dirty and since they have many dogs there was lots of dog poo on the lawn. But the pool is nice and the staff is friendly, rooms are clean but not the beach and lawn.

it is rainy season in November, so the place is pretty much closed down. we were the only guests. staff were nice, but really at this time of year it is not a great place to visit. beach is full of debris and the resort is in maintenance mode it seems...as others have said there are a lot of dogs they look after there, but thye are all friendly and no problems at all... there is an amazing cave 20kms away tho which made the stay worthwhile....
