Location of the hotel is close to most of the tourist spots. Everything is within walking distance. Many convenience stores nearby. The room is tidy and spacious. My girlfriend and I were satisfied with the hygiene of bathroom. Staffs were helpful as well. We totally enjoyed our stay in Cicillia Saigon Hotel.

Great value for a 4 stars hotel. New, clean, convenience, and great service. One minor set back was iron machine was not available for guest (because they have laundry services), but my kids want to iron their own clothes.

Superb hotel in general, nice design, friendly staff, good situation close to the main interest points of Saigon, very good breakfast, with a pool will be amazing. Our room was little but enough and very warm. If I return to Saigon it will be my choice.

Hotel is great. Well located in the heart of D1. Breakfast was ok but could do better with more continental choices. Room were spacious. Front desk was friendly and helpful with special thanks to Miss Le. Definitely will stay here again when back in HCM.

My friend and I are Taiwanese, I was so happy to book your hotel when we first time traveled in Vietnam. When I called front desk and told them our bath pipe did not work, a few minutes later, two staff entered our room to repair it right away and I was satisfied with their efficiency. In addition, while we felt hungry ,so we took our instant noodles and told their staff could help us pour hot water inside,they tried their best to help us so much. The most of important is that the staff always help us open the taxi door with umbrella when we get on (off )the taxi, it is really a heart-sweet behavior. Also, the male staff move a scale to our room which can weigh our luggage, he is so helpful. I really appreciated all staff that we had good dream in past four nights.:)
