Modern & Well Equipped ”
We stayed at T-Ritz Hotel from 22nd Nov 2024 to 27 Nov 2024, after a 2-night very horrible experience with a previous hotel - CoChin Zan (aggressive knocking at our room door near midnight by guests wrongly reallocating our room to a walk-in group) and empty promises by the Steve (Hotel Manager), who eventually hung up our calls. T -Ritz Hotel is modern and well litted; very bright and welcoming. The staff of T-Ritz are very courteous, always helpful and the room service is way above the other hotel by miles. T-Ritz Hotel is very near to the city Centre. Great eateries all around, good environment, safe and secure. One would need an issued assess card to assess a particular level . This is not a shabby hotel , which Co-Chin Zan presented to us. T-Ritz Hotel is a modern, well equipped and brightly lighted hotel. The gym is well equipped, air-conditioned, at least two treadmill, a complete set of weights, 2 stationary cycling stations and well equipped with fresh and clean towels of two sizes. The room is well cleaned, fresh and brightly litted, the wall painted in beige , very bright and welcoming. The staff are very courteous, helpful and the room service standard is miles above the other hotel. This hotel is very near to the City Centre. Great eateries around good environment, safe and secure. T-Ritz Hotel is highly recommended for those who want a modern, well equipped, great service, and ethically managed hotel.

Practical charming stay but lacking ”
If you want a nice hotel with comfortable room and bath, this is ideal. However there are not many close enough restaurants around and you won’t be in the heart of the activities. If you like quiet, decent stay, this is the place. + good enuf gym + rooms are spacious and clean + deluxe studio is better than the classic room, for more or less the price it makes more sense. Classic room is smaller. + good stable wifi for those on work mode. + helpful staff. + umbrella provided in room is helpful for bad weather. Negatives- - no good close eateries nearby, mostly cafes. - the ID needs an upgrade, especially dining and waiting area. Not so inviting or welcoming. - the pool is not as nice as the pix. For a rooftop pool, u won’t get a view, it’s all walled up. There is NO view. - no room service nor kitchen so if you want to dine in, good luck. They only serve breakfast. If you are holed up due to bad weather, - again good luck. Grab won’t deliver to you. - no clear instructions in room on how to use TV/ or channels. - no good map of the place- staff doesn’t know how to recommend places to go or things to do around the vicinity. I will recommend this for solo traveler or couple stay who wants less noisy environment. Room is comfy. But if u want hustle and bustle to just walk out and experience happening, District 1 is better for you.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, with convenient access to transportation.
