Great Hotel in the ideal spot.”
Great Hotel in the ideal spot. This is a very well centrally located spot in beautiful Hua Hin. It is close too the beach a whole 200 metres walk , close to all the action and yet quiet enough not too hear anything ( or maybe that was all the cold beers i drank ) . It is a good clean hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful, the building externally could do with a good lick of paint, and some of the furniture could be updated but it is all cosmetic.

Good Place and Central”
Staff were friendly, helpful, fast and efficient - excellent. Plenty of hand sanitiser around and enough space to keep a friendly distance. The reception area looks lovely with authentic Thai depictions in statue form and carved wooden artifacts upon the walls. Swimming pool was deceptive for depth. DON'T dive in unless you climb in first and see where it is about 2 metres deep. Spacious and airy with places to sit and eat around the pool. Our room on the 6th floor had great aerial views of the temple next door and out over Soi Bintabaht to the Gulf of Thailand. Located centrally, the hotel is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach past a row of souvenir establishments where you need to bargain to get a good price. Ride a horse along the beach with or without a handler if you like that sort of thing. We didn't eat in the hotel as this is the centre of town and we have a regular place that we like called the Green Onion, near the Italian Gelateria and opposite the police station. The pillows on the bed were fantastic as were the two large singles for a good night's sleep each (both rooms). Kettle but no cups so we bought re-usable ones from the 7/11 as well as coffee and milk (Tea bags were our own as it's a personal preference for many British people). Water from the shower was strong and hot. WiFi was good enough for me to do a few work video calls. Only 3x2 pin plug sockets in the room and 2 were occupied by TV and fridge which meant charging was done on a rotating basis for laptop, phones and iPads and the kettle. Take an 2 pin extension lead if you have a lot of devices to charge. Definitely recommended and we will stay there again next time we visit if it's not full.

Well kept grand hotel in best location and price ”
Older style hotel in sparkling clean condition. Staff are happy working there. Friendly and professional. As a solo traveler I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else for its location and price.

2nd time stayers ”
Will definitely be back for a third time. Excellent location , staff and kept pristine clean. Particularly like the shower in the room,very strong flow and nice and hot !! All in all couldn't have been better.

Great location ”
Nice friendly hotel, friendly staff, nice and clean, good pool. Located about 5 minutes walk from the beach, and near good eating places. The night market is about 10 minutes walk.

Great location”
Spent three nights here and can't fault it. Was all we needed for our few night stopover. Location is brilliant. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was limited but that is happening a lot with low tourst numbers.

In the middle of everything ”
Great location with a big carpark, a old hotel and the rooms and bathrooms needs a renovation but nice anyway. Breakfast is okey because i am not a fancy guy, nice pool but a lot of pigeons com and play in the in the water so i suppose you don't want to drink it by accident. I rekomend this hotel

Good hotel, centrally located at a budget price”
We've stayed here many times over the years, usually when we're attending a function in the town center. The hotel was getting a little tired and was in need of a spruce up, it would seem that they've used the pandemic period to achieve this. Our room during this stay was smart, clean and comfortable. Check in and out was quick, friendly and efficient. Full marks to the guy managing the car park, not an easy task when the hotel was full, as it was over NYE.

This hotel is right in the centre and is perfect for staying in the town. The staff are friendly and the pool is big. Very close to the beach and restaurants and cheaper than lots of other big brand hotels in the area. Definitely recommend

Reasonable rates. Attentive staff. Good location near beach and restaurants and night life. Walking distance to all the above mentioned. Room was nice and the balcony had I decent view. Highly recommend.

Outstanding”
The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean and tidy but lack complimentory tea and coffee. Overall, I would recoomend this hotel and after extensive research Agoda had the best deal whch included a great buffet breakfast. Great work City Beach Resort. Don't change because it works well. 2q

THIS IS THE HOTEL I STAY AT IN HUA HIN HAVE STAYED IN A FEW OTHER HOTELS STILL COME BACK TO THIS ONE ROOMS NICE AND THE LOCATION IS IN THE TOWN CENTER EASY TO GET TO RESTAURANTS AND MARKETS AND BEACH
