Comodo per/da aeroporto”

Non è facile da trovare, è in una viuzza piccola, ma a pochi minuti di distanza partono gli autobus per l'aeroporto. La zona è molto trafficata e caotica ma l'hotel è abbastanza silenzioso. Appena arrivati non riuscivano a trovare la prenotazione, quindi abbiamo dovuto attendere a lungo e solo il giorno dopo ci hanno dato la conferma

Se arrivate dall'aereoporto in bus, la fermata è molto vicina all'hotel. Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale. Ci sono dei mall inorno all'hotel, con diversi Starbucks e MacDonald. Molti ristoranti di vario tipo e livello nella zona.

hotel nei pressi della bell tower e della drum tower. i principali autobus passano nella strada principale di fronte all'hotel. camere spaziose e pulite, basterebbe solo una rinfrescata alle pareti. il bagno era pulito e grande. alla reception si sono mostrati tutti disponibili. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. nelle vicinanze ci sono innumerevoli ristoranti cinesi, mc donald's, ed è a due passi il quartiere musulmano col suo mercato ed i ristoranti.

l'hotel si trova in una fantastica posizione vicino alla torre della campana vicinissimo al quartiere musulmano cuore della città antica è anche molto comodo per la navetta per l'aeroporto e per il bus che conduce alla stazione ferroviaria che passa proprio sotto l'hotel il servizio è veloce ed efficiente con personale che parla ben inglese nel complesso, pur essendo un albergo modesto, lo consiglio caldamente

Buona l`accoglienza del personale. Buona la camera e la pulizia. Forse un po` troppa insistenza da parte del personale addetto ai massaggi: ripetute le telefonate di offerta.

Very nice hotel though”

Before i choose this hotel there is soooo many bad comment esp from singaporean saying that the hotel is so small and staff doesnt speak english etc but just see you country first before saying so. i came at hotel 9 in the morning and they welcomed me and room is ready even its earlier than check in time. sinagporean said the checkin procees need time etc but i just checked in in 10 mins, head to my room and have my good nap. singaporean comment is dishonest you can just ignore them as they just freaking out for the points.

Great Value For Money”

Good value for money right in the heart of downtown Xi'an and easily accessible. Although the hotel is very easy to find, the reception needs some "hunting" though. It is difficult to locate as it is tucked in the small alley at the side of the hotel. You find the hotel but yet cant find the reception. Remember to find it in the small alley and dont fall into silly advices by the Level 1 shop sales staff to climb up the flight of stairs in the middle of the building to second floor.

The rooms were clean. I read that you have to be concerned about the noise in hotels in Hanoi, However we had no complaints and didn't hear any traffic. This hotel also has an elevator. I read that most don't.

Clean Rooms with a hit of smoke in the air”

Great hotel. Little english but what do you expect we are in China not the US. We managed to get by. Located one block from the Bell tower. My only complaint and not much you can do about it is that everyone smokes in the lobby, elevators and in their rooms. I've noticed this however at all of our hotels throughout out visit to China.

they is no major complain about this hotel,price of this hotel with this location is very cheap, value of money for those traveller who want to budget thier expenses. still, they are something need to inprove : 1) air-con not cool enough. 2) no taxi service when you checked out and need a cap to airport. highly recommend for this hotel for this 3 star hotel.

Cheap and Comfortable hotel ”

Fantastic location, close to attractions, shopping and transport but no noise to disturb our sleep. We had a good, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is cheap, for 20 yuan we had lots of dishes to choose from. Hotel staff spoke some English which is very importance. There was a train booking office nearby so we managed to book high speed train tickets to Luoyang Longmen ourself. The Bell and Drum towers looked lovely at night and behind there was a muslim quarter where we enjoyed our meal and did some shopping.

checked in fast, staff is helpful stayed for 3 nights, bed is comfortable except the shower is unadjustable with low water pressure. major historical sites ( bell tower, drum tower, south gate) & muslim street, scholars' street within walking distance. there's a local tour agency in the hotel that provides day tour to major tourist spots (they only charge transport & entrance fees will be paid to the tour guide)

Bang for you bucks”

This is your clean, new and modern 3 stars hotel tugged in a small quiet alley off the main street right in the middle of city center. Location is unbeatable. You can literally walk to everywhere from here. There must be more than 20 shopping malls at your door steps and Bell Tower a 5 minutes walk away. Stay here if what you really need is a clean and comfortable bed and will spend most of your time outside exploring this ancient city. Staffs are friendly and if you realise how much you are actually paying, you will have no complaints. Free Internet.

I loved my stay here in the heart of Xi'an. After reading some of the other comments I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice spacious and very comfortable and clean room with a great bathroom and aircon that actually worked!! I opted for a quiet room at the back of the hotel on the non smoking floor, but was given the choice of a Bell tower view. This is a big hotel which is not for everyone but what great value and location. Didn't use the restaurant so just gave a nominal mark for that.

Great location, centrally located in the heart of Xian. However cleanliness is unsatisfactory, carpets were visibly dirty. The mattress was awful you could feel the springs jutting at you. The blanket was too thin for winter.

Great location, slightly off main 南大街”

The City Hotel is really in the heart of the City. The hotel staffs have improved since my last visit two years ago, however you may want to skip the hotel breakfast and the lift area got foul smell at times. In the room it's ok, no smell but the shower water pressure is very low.

Strategic location hotel in Xian”

1). I booked for 3 person room & breakfast (1 double bed & 1 single bed) but they said no breakfast for us. When I showed by booking details they said breakfast only for 1 person. 2). Our trip was during cool season. The room heater blower/diffuser is located too high and not enough to cater for the room.
