Abbiamo avuto contatti solo telefonici, nessuna accoglienza. Inoltre i contatti sono avvenuti solo perchè nella conferma della prenotazione abbiamo letto che avremmo dovuto avvisare se il nodtro arrivo era previsto dopo le 19.00, fossimo arrivati prima ci saremmo trovati in difficoltà non sapendo a chi rivolgerci. La prima volta i codici avuti per accedere alla struttura erano errati e abbiamo dovuto ritelefonare. La stanza era sobria ma comunque funzionale, seppur diversa dalle foto del sito. La pulizia sufficiente. Nessuna informazione sulla possibilità di usare il wifi

This is actually a very nice place. It is very clean, rooms are very spacious, very close to everything, with kind people both at the reception and the women who do the cleaning. Very nice overall. Would definitely book again. No wonder they are always so buzy.

With a 5 minute walk from the train station and several bus stops, you can get to anywhere of the main attractions within 10-20 minutes. The place felt safe and very clean all around with super neat sheets and towels. Our bathroom did not have any walls around the shower so the floor got very wet but it wasn’t much of an issue. Very nice location and value for money!

Really enjoyed my stay because the location was very convenient. Reception hours are limited but you can get the code in advance. Cleaning only in the morning and you need to leave the room.

The 'hotel' is located in a great place, just on the outskirts of Schoneberg and our room - basically a self contained studio flat was OK and relatively clean. However these are the only positives, everything else is a huge minus. Everyone is stating, how noisy the place is, and it certainly is, fire engines, ambulances and cops use both roads intersecting in front of the hotel, so be prepared sirens sounding every few minutes day and night. Windows are barely closing and in the summer the place must be hell, as even in 24 degrees centigrade it was too hot in the room (which has got three huge windows facing South-West). The elevator was broken, when we arrived and it did not get fixed during our stay of five days. The clerk (who is around for only an hour or two a day) told us it broke just the day before, but locals laughed at the suggestion. As our room was on the fifth floor and we travelled with two small kids, a large suitcase, a small suitcase, bags, stroller and I broke my ribs a few days prior to our trip this was great. We cringed at every opportunity of going up or down. Meanwhile the clerk was bullshiting about the repair happening soon daily. Obviously we were not offered any discount, nor help, only a shrug on the shoulder by the guy and the suggestion of us looking for an another place if we don't like this one.

Cheap room, but read reviews first!”
The shared kitchen is only shared between some rooms even though it is listed in hotel amenities. As many people have mentioned there are constant sirens and no a/c or fans in the rooms so you either need to deal with a stuffy room or be a very sound sleeper. The shower in my room didn't drain well so the bathroom flooded a bit, the water temperature was either boiling or cold, and this was the accessible room. The rooms are a nice size and clean. Lots of transit options a few minutes walk and plenty of groceries and restaurants too. The neighborhood seems safe.

I would not call this a hotel at all. The photos were totally deceiving. The rooms were filthy and I even found a pack of half opened cigarettes in the cabinet. I thought I could just stay since I’ve already paid in full before I even got to the room. But the so called hotel in a old dirty building in a dodgy side of the city. Far away from anything. In the middle of the night there were extremely loud music playing with people shouting and smoking pot above me and someone even tried to knock on my door at 4am in the morning. I booked 3 nights but I really only stayed 1 night and immediately got the hell out of there the next morning without even getting any refund. I would not recommend to anyone. Ever! And I’ve stayed in many many hostels and cheap hotels around the world. I would say this is the worst experience I’d ever had.

The worst hotel that I have been”
The check-in was from 1 pm to 6 pm, however there was no one when we arrived there (1:10 pm). We called the hotel and staff said: be patient, I will come in one hour. He arrived at 2:30 pm and was very unfriendly. The room was dirty.

Building looks terrible, but the room is fine”
The outside of the building looks very run down. The door to our room had a large crack where perhaps someone had tried to break in. But upon entering the room, we found it clean, all electric items working, and everything in order. The motel sent us an email with an outer and inner door key code. These worked fine. The furniture is of cheap quality, but sturdy and in decent shape. For the price you pay, it is a good value. If you aren't looking for nice asthetics, but instead a centrally located and inexpensive place, then this motel is great. Just don't leave any valuables in the room to be on the safe side. The only complaint I had was that the staff were not at the office. Fortunately we had no problems, but had we had any, it would have been difficult.

For the price,you can't complain.We were travelling with 2 teenagers,and would prefer to spend the money saved on museums and experiences.Take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper,but if you are looking for a bed for the night and basic kitchen facilities you could do a lot worse.

There is definitely no one at the reception and the neighborhood is really terrible. This is not a suitable building or a place to be a hotel or similar anything! The person in charge is never caring about anything ! There is nothing that can make a human to be there! Do not, never ever stay there!!!!

Problemas com o tipo de quarto”
Although the host doesnt say that clearly, the check in can only be done until 6pm. We arrived at the hotel at 7pm and called the host. We were treated agressively and spoken to in a very rude tone. Moreover, we booked a triple room with kitchenette via Agoda. That room wasnt available and we had to stay in a room for 4 people without any kind of kitchen
