Pros 1. Clean hotel. Towels, blankets smells nice. 2. Complete toiletries 3. Friendly staff 4. Good food (breakfast buffet) with plenty of food choices 5. Amenitie s are very nice. I like that we can hear the speaker up to our room. 6. For people who likes to swim but doesn't wanna get dark its good that the building is blocking the sun so it's shady. 7. Many sports activities to choose from 8. Calm and clean beach. Chairs and sunbeds are well kept. 9. AC is very cool 10. Good location. Beachfront and near to hamra mall. Near marjan island. 11. Good for families Cons 1. They only have 2 elevators.

nice pool, spacious and clean two bedroom apartment, breakfast is not so good, staff are very accommodating, beach needs to be cleaned- no one wants to swim as there are lots of underwater weeds, mosses and algae. you'll enjoy swimming in their pool, there's background music that keeps the ambiance lively. Overall , good experience at affordable price

Home away from home”
City stay is a great getaway vacation place with excellent hospitality. Our receptionist Romelyn was very helpful and welcoming, as well as the other staffs. The room is spacious with complete amenities, made perfectly for the guests' convenience. Facilities are superb, the infinity pool is huge with a great view of the sea. The place is scenic and aesthetically beautiful. I would rate this ten stars if it's possible ☺️

A great hotel, excellent breakfast! 5* to the talented Chef Arslan for his activity in the restaruant and kitchen. Personnel naturally really friendly and helpful! I paid through agoda 35 eur/night with breakfast, with 1 children. (plus local tax). Good beach. Can walk to the direction of Marjan Island easily. Rented 3 wheels bike 3x ! Taxi needed when hoing to the mall, RAK center! Food we tested also 5km aside, that was good and cheap "local" e.g. Pakistanian. We took Safari tour by Red Safari (or simething similar. Cheaper, and perfect!) Big negative that hotel uses too much parfumed odour spree on corridors (not the only hotel! I did not like it at all, although I am not athmatic)

The hotel is very clean, decent, the staff are presentable, price is very affordable and i will come again definetly in my next trip to Rak, this hotel is the best hotel i stayed in with very nice sea view attached with balcony so u can enjoy the view of the sea. Nice job👍😉

The best hotel visited so far. Mind Blowing Location with 24 hr beach access. Complimentary Breakfast. Amazing view of the Murjan Island. Access to Zoom Mart nearby. Access to Al Hamra Mall, Baracuda in short time. Neat and Clean Room/ Washroom with optimum lighting. Rooms with Smart TV can access Youtube and Netflix. and Complimentary Tea/Coffee + Kettle. Complete satisfaction. Kudos to the Staff and Hotel Management.

The restaurant was not that big ,but it was enough for the guests at that time. The food was very good and there were a variety of dishes. The staff was so friendly and helpful especially the Egyptian staff who were so quick in responding to our requests. The pool was a little bit small for me , but my children enjoyed it so much as it was safe for them. Generally speaking, I had a wonderful stay there and I wish I could go there once again.

Everything is perfect. I love this hotel because you can swim at the pool until 12 midnight and the water is cool.. Didn't try the sea, but my friend said it was great..the breakfast is worth it as well..hope to return back

Spent one night with the family here and it was a pleasant experience. Nice, clean room with very helpful staff. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The kids enjoyed their time at the pool which was clean and had lifeguards around all the time. Breakfast was also very good with a number of options to choose from. Will visit again!

The start of our short holiday began with a reward from the management! they upgraded us to a room with balcony. Wow, we cant hide our happiness seing the view and more so experiencing their infinity pool...it was so refreshing! though the beach area is not that big, the hotel room is not extravagant, for the price we paid, it’s all worth it. breakfast is good and tasty, they have a good cook! you have to try their menu...staffs are very nice, helpful and accomodating! we will definitely come back and stay here longer...thanks
