Very good location. Just 10 minutes walk to Sept 3 park, Bui Vien backpackers area, the underground Asiana eateries, Ben Thanhmarket, the Co-op supermarket on Cong Quynh. The hotel is on Bui thi Xuan street which is wide, quiet and cleaner than other parts of the city. Right on corner of De-Tham and Pham Ngu Lao, across from Highland coffee is a money exchange window at good rates. Spacious rooms with pleasing floor plans, huge bathtubs and strong hot water. The staff are gracious, attentive, always greeted us with wide smiles. Thank you.

Really nice stay here! Really fantastic location and a nice room with a bathtub.they had snacks and beverages in the room for arrival, had SIM cards and provided airport transfer, they were an incredibly helpful bunch and really polite. The breakfast is buffet. Laundry is paid by item not by weight (This was our only concern). Really great location though and our airport transfer was so easy because of their help!

We stay for 2 nights. The room was neat and clean. The staff are kind, courteous and helpful. They alao offer tour but we prefer DIY tour for adventure. We could walk going to behn than market. They also serve free breakfast so it was really good value for money. All is positive with this hotel so i give it 10/10. Thank you for the staff who help us with our luggage.

I came in early in the morning (2:00am) and the staff quickly got me settled into an upgraded room because they did not have the room I had booked available for my stay. The staff was courteous and helpful and the rooms were clean and well-appointed for the price. I have stayed in Saigon many times at different hotels and I will be returning to this hotel because of the quiet atmosphere, great location, and helpful staff. The breakfast is also a nice bonus!

There's a nearby park which can lead you to Benh Than Market for a lesurely work. The buffet style breakfast is just fine with a vegetarian like me as they do not put meat in their menu. Love our stay here.

Good value for a quick overnight. ”
Basic, clean, friendly and helpful staff. I only needed a place to sleep overnight for a flight connection the next morning. Good bed, clean room, great a/c. Mini mart across the street. Front desk prearranged a taxi to the airport in the morning for a flat rate. I had been ripped off the night before coming from the airport. Taxi ride to/from airport is about 15-20 minutes. Despote the name, my windowless room had no "city view" lol. I was only there to sleep and did not require a view. My needs were met for a fantastic price. As a woman travelling alone I felt safe.

Budget-friendly hotel. They have a massage/spa space below the lobby. Worth every vnd. Your muscles will be relaxed. Location is ideal too. You can walk to BenThanh market, Notre Dame etc. There is Circle K across the street from the hotel. And Passio coffee and tea shop.
