Fantastico”

This is the 2nd time I visited this boutique hotel. Small and yet cosy with a team of friendly staffs that touches my heart. Going back there is like going back home. Morning breakfast not so fantastic like 5 star hotel but you will be surprise with the lady chief that will try her best to meet your basic breakfast. This is a hotel of trust. I will always visit this hotel whenever I went to Vietnam district 2

Only 2 Star Hotel”

Difficult for Taxi/Grab driver to locate the hotel, very inconvenience for in & out of hotel. The only thing good was, Breakfast. Well cook & delicious.

Good place for Thao Dien area”

The building is located nearby Xuan Thuy street where you can find bunch of cafeterias, bars and restaurants. Also easy to connect with city center via “Xa lo Ha Noi”. Room is a little bit small similar with Singapore/Japan hotel but the sharing area on 5th floor is a plus for group

Single room is an outstanding option for your short-term stay”

Highly recommend for every aspects. Everything is well prepared, equipped, cleaned and arranged in a space of 10 square metres. Though, it is still quite wide enough for you to rest, chill and relax comfortably. It even has a quite convenient bathroom inside and great scent all around. Couldn't find any complaint to give, even when I am quite a fastidious person. Please not to be too pity for the price in comparison to other budget accommodation, you get what you pay.

Staff are super friendly! Absolutely love meeting the staff at the reception. Simple place but clean! That’s what I really enjoyed about the place. Would definitely come back.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The location of the hotel is slightly out of the way but most is within walking distance. Street is quiet which is unusual for TPHCM.

Good hotel, cool common area ”

Nice hotel, good design, however on the pricy end, especially noting it’s not in the central district. Some design issues such as the shower leaking into the bathroom. Speedy wifi, quiet and dark rooms. Quirky breakfast but good quality. Good option for business travellers who will be working in D2, but location and price a bit of a reach for tourists.

Common Inn, District 2, HCMC”

Located in a very central area of District 2, the Common Inn was clean, convenient and very comfortable to stay in. Staff were very pleasant. The shared common space was very nice, breakfast was very good, and the Inn had WiFi throughout. Very convenient for those wishing to stay specifically in District 2 but also extremely convenient via Taxi to District 1.

Comfortable and friendly”

Good location in district 2 around all the shops and restos. Staff very friendly, really good door staff that help with your suitcase. Nice design. A few problems- bathroom didn't smell good, like rotting eggs coming from the drain. We were only there one night so it didn't bother us too much. Water leaked through from the bathroom into the bedroom through a glass panel.

Clean and new hotel. Beside the hotel is a cafe and 5mins is a shopping mall. The location is convenient to a lot of amenities. SPA, pubs. Breakfast spread alright, staffs are very friendly and attend to your needs

Great place to say in District 2!”

I stayed at the Common Inn for 2 nights in March 2018. Firstly, the hotel is in an amazing location, right by all of the great restaurants, bars and spas in D2. Its away from the craziness of D1 but still lively and fun. The hotel is modern, clean and has a cool common area on the 5th floor. Breakfast is made fresh and different on the menu everyday. The Pho was delicious! The staff are super friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to make the stay an enjoyable one. I would definitely stay here again!

Good location, motel quality, dirty water and bad sound proof”

Overal experience is okayish. Good: - Common room on 5th floor is nice with the trust bar. Quite impressed. - Staff is nice and friendly. The attitude is good. - The room is quite clean and new. Good design to make the room looks more spacious than actual size. Bad/concerning: - No security guard, (there are 24/7 camera everywhere in the hotel) - Staff knowledge about surrounding areas, their understanding of the policy and their ability of trouble solving needs to be improved. - Dirty water. The color of the water is yellow like pee. I did not brush my teeth and wash my face because of that. - Bad sound proof. The staffs were talking over the walkie-talkie in the hallway in the morning and they woke us up with the loud noise.

Very nice place. Cozy. Clean. Staff very friendly. Beds are really nice. Very quiet and relaxing. Definitely would like to stay there again next time.
