The room is big. The hotel is just few minutes walk to central train station. The hotel is located at “middle east” street, you can find many “middle east” restaurant, but the environment around is a bit messy and you may feel a bit not safe when you go back hotel at night. Dm pharmacy is just few minutes walk to the hotel .

Great hotel for location to transport”
We booked this hotel for location to the S-Bahn and the main train station as were only using it as a base for further travel into Austria. It is a simple two block walk from the main train station but it is also the main underground station as well. Which when travelling with luggage this is an ideal place. If you are wanting to visit the main centre of Munich then it is a 5-10min walk. We found that the particular area that the hotel is in was not the most comfortable and we felt a little unsafe in our short walk from the station, especially when we were arriving late at night. However, in the daytime, it was fine. The hotel itself has great reception staff, great hotel, room, amenities, fantastic breakfast. If we were to need an overnight stop in Munich again we would stop here. The room had two double beds and two singles for the children which were very comfortable for them. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice.

Your typical Marriot hotel, clean, modern and standard. Good location around 10 min walk to Marienplatz and the market, 2 min walk to Munich central station. Coffee was nice in the morning and rooms were cleaned on time and to a good standard. Cannot really fault it for the price.

Great location great view”
Nearby main station, supermarket, shops, and have great view to the canal. The welcoming cookies was great. However, the amenities won’t be completed unless you ask for it (everyday). And too bad there’s no parking lot available.

Munich Oktoberfest ”
I was very disappointed with our stay at the hotel. First we ask for early check-in never ever wrote me back to my request and it was not possible in the end. I ask for a king size bed we got two twin beds which is for me not really acceptable. The third and last one was that we had a car parking but they never mentioned at check-in that the street will be closed by check-out so we could not leave when we wanted! Service of the reception was very very bad and suggest not to go to this hotel.

Bad experience. Took us almost an hour to check in. Tried to charge us room rates again upon check out & when I told them I paid in full they dismiss us. Took about 45 mins to check out and we were almost late for flight. Instead of checking properly on the payment, staff comments was "it is very important that you pay!" When all was done and he realises that it was their wrong, did not show even the least apologetic. Instead blamed us for not telling or showing him the hotel voucher when we did as we checked in a day before with another staff. It was purely a miscommunication on their side. We booked for a room for 3 pax but when we finally reached the room after the ordeal, we saw only 2 single beds. We had to go down again to ask the receptionist who took an hour to check us in. Her reply was: it was not there? Normally it's there!" We felt that was totally rude and unprofessional.

Central location with friendly staff”
Great time at the hotel esspecially around octoberfest time when being 500mts from the train stations and only a little further to the octoberfest grounds. Helpful staff at all times and the bar in the hotel is quite nice as well

スタッフは丁寧親切な対応、駅に近くとても良かった。が、部屋はとても汚かった。お風呂に無数の髪の毛が付いていたし、トイレは流れていなかったし、洗面の壁には血か便と思われるものが付いていた。ルームサービスはない。マリオットだと思って安心して予約したが、その信頼を落とすほど。二度と泊まりません
