Self-service homestay”

I thought this is a hotel but it is a homestay so they are quite different to my expectation. No reception, no parking lot, no elevator and no cleaning.

I was so surprised as this cozrum is surrounded with variety of food stands which makes you can’t stand by its seduction. However, it would be great if my room is on the 3th level as the balcony is left empty because there’s no private space to enjoys such a view in the 1st level.

I've stayed a lot of places in Saigon. And Cozrum is the best place that I've enjoyed so far. The facilities are great. The cleaner is so helpful and friendly. Especially, there are so many restaurants, coffee shop and street foods around that you can enjoy fully at Cozrum.

Cozrum is everything you want for a high standard homestay with reasonable price. Located just near the center of District 1 but really quiet at night. The studio we had was clean and provided us great facilities. It’s operated as self-checkin but the manager/host was very helpful and guided us through sms with great hospitality, so no confusion at all. Overall experience was awesome. Outstanding!!!! You won’t regret staying here:)

Locked out for one hour waiting for help!!”

They changed the code of the front door without notifying us... Then finally after an hour of calling and emailing, they gave us the right code, but then still it didn't work. After waiting more for Somone to come and help they finally day l said somebody had locked out from the inside and to put our hand through the door!! We finally got in, but zero help, and waiting in the street for over an hour. So for the service I would say no... Don't book

Wonderful hideout”

This home located at the very center of HCM city. The room is clean and fresh. However, there's no parking lot, so it might be a problem if you have a bike. Another thing, the fifth-floor electricity control board (where the washing and drying machine are) is inside the room on the fourth floor; in my visit, the guess on that room (accidentally) turned it off, so no one could use those extra facilities. Good stuff anyway.

Cozrum homes is an adorable building with 4 rooms in residence area. In 50 meters range, there are restaurants, food carts, convenience stores, barbershop... I would stay here again next time

Comfortable stay in quieter part of D1”

If you don't like the craziness of central District 1, this Cozrum home might be what you're looking for. It's tucked back in an alleyway in a neighborhood area and has much less traffic and fewer cars. There are plenty of restaurants and street stalls nearby, and there's a morning market a few minutes' walk away. The home itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable in both the common areas and the private room. The bed was comfortable, the air con worked perfectly, and there were plenty of outlets to recharge phones and cameras at the end of the day. When we arrived, the guest before us had checked out late and the staff lady was still cleaning our room, but both she and Cozrum were very apologetic, and the room was absolutely spotless when she was done. I would highly recommend this home to most travelers. It's a great place to stay, and a fantastic starting point for exploring more relaxed parts of HCMC. The only reason I might reconsider is if you're a light sleeper; the alley is fairly busy (including a restaurant at the corner that sets up early in the morning) and the neighborhood has a lot of roosters, and you can hear some of that noise from the first floor. But if you plan to be up early anyway to beat the heat, you can skip your alarm clock. ;)
