Cozrum answers your calls and emails. If there are problems, they work with you. Nice rooms, equipped kitchen and bath. Modern, efficient and clean. My favorite Cozrum is The Gallery Residences, beautiful artwork, friendly staff, nice rooms, laundry, elevator. My least favorite was Dragon House, very cluttered, no elevator, hard to find, next to a school and tiny alley. Premier is in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops right outside your door. Quiet and good value for the money.

It’s such a nice place that I booked 2nd times. It located at quiet place. The apartment is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable and nice pillows. Staffs are really nice and helpful. It’s valuable with price

Great place is Cozrum Homes - a fantastic short-term accommodation choice for those professional types. Very secure & efficient communication. Super comfortable bed and a hot shower - perfect.

Facilities is great but weird customer service”
I stayed for 02 nights, but could not find the wifi in room according to the check in instruction. I texted the host on the first night but nothing was solved. I also told them that I find an unidentified wifi connection without password and they asked me to connect to it instead ???? Without knowing or at least telling me where was that connection from. I always consider Cozrum as a perfect place to stay because of its affordable price and high technology system. But this time, kinda disappointed with the Customer Service agent, hope things will be better in the future

Still my favorite place”
Cozrum Homes Premier Residences is still my favorite place since the first time I discovered this gem, this time interior has started to degrade and the wifi signal is also poor for room 501.

For the money we spent on the room it was a great experience”
Duration of stay: 1 day Pros: - very cheap (20$) - good value: working shower (except water temperature sometimes a bit changing, but not too bad), water boiler, clean bed, check in worked good, 2 black coffees and peach teas for our stay, aircon working and was strong enough, big room, balcony was usable and had windows, where we could see outside (small ones though) To improve: - cleanliness (floor a bit dirty and small ants walking around) - emails, i got like 15 emails I did not complain about the improvements, because i was still happy with the room. I traveled many times to ho chi minh and thats a good offer here. Total verdict: Very good price to value ratio.

1) The room is cozy, spacious with a nice view. There is a small balcony which I enjoyed the rain and sunset view. 2) Staffs are really friendly and helpful, and they dealed with my problem right away. 3) Location is good, near by a convenience store. The front gate is well designed to recognize.

Cozy, small and beautiful”
Nice and new homestay with minimalism but beautiful decoration. I really like the small balcony where I can stay to read the books or work. The only one thing I don't like is the soundproof between 2 rooms is not quite good, then it will be a little bit inconvenience.

Affordable stay but Not that much clean”
For the cleanliness, there’s need to be improved. The bathroom is not so clean. Also the air conditioner, we have to clean ourselves to make it cooler because it’s filled with dust. Friendly staffs and we have good stay.
