Little gem in Saigon”
My first visit to Vietnam, and so happy I found the Cosy House 160 on agoda. Hotel was in easy walking distance to walking street and popular shopping areas. Cosy house is nestled in lane 373 at the very end,if approaching from the small market opposite the bus station. The family which run this 16 bedroom hotel are very welcoming, and the rooms are very clean and quite spacious. Their staff are very friendly and hard working, so is a credit to them all in providing a very cosy and pleasant stay, for my first visit to Vietnam. I am happy to recommend this hotel to all travellers, I visit Asia at least 2 times per year and the Cosy Hotel 160 surpassed my expectations, it is truly great value for money, and ranks with best I have stayed in. Thanks once again to all at the Cosy House, look forward to seeing you all on my next visit.

Clean, spacious and friendly! ”
Our stay here was very comfortable, just off the main road down an alley (we went down the alley several times thinking we had gone the wrong way and turning back, it’s just at the end on the right) so the hotel was quiet at night despite being so near Bui Vien, which is a less than 5 minute walk. The bus station is also very close. The staff were lovely, especially the receptionist on the late shift (I’m sorry we didn’t catch your name!) who booked our tours and always welcomed us with a friendly smile. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was lovely also. The breakfast was simple but tasty and catered to western and local needs. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is super clean worth to pay. The owner is so friendly and helpful and also with the staff. I would highly recommend it to everyone specially someone who have children. I'm travelling with my 17months old daughter at this time and we had a great time staying in this place. The place is so quiet and it's near to the tourist attraction.

Good value clean hotel great location right next to a local medium sized market. The walls are just a bit thin as we stayed next to a room with a crying baby most nights. We were able to safely leave our luggage with them upon checkout so that we could spend some more time in the city. Good breakfast included.

I liked my stay at Cosy House 160. Booked 2 rooms for me and my friend while in Ho Chi Minh City. I'd love to stay again there at the future. Stuff was polite, breakfast was a plus and also a friendly and family atmosphere makes you feel at home away from home!

Staff is freindly and very helpful. Location is great. It’s in a quiet alley yet just step from Walking Street and tons of restos. Breakfast was really good. It s clean and cozy . Would stay again for sure.

Quiet, clean and perfect location for backpackers”
This hotel is about 2 minutes from backpacker street where most of the hostels, western restaurants and bars are so a great location, but it’s tucked away just far enough away to be quiet at night. The hotel was clean with good WiFi and AC. Breakfast was good and included in our stay for 5 nights so good value overall. Staff very helpful as we had to stay an extra night at short notice in the end and they made sure we could stay in the same room despite being mostly booked up. They also gave us loads of information and organised tours for us to the Cu-chi tunnels and the Mekong delta with a very good tour company.

We moved around Ho Chi Minh a lot due to the poor conditions that some of the hotel's were in, until we found this place. Clean, comfortable, quiet, tasty fresh efficient breakfast and lovely staff. Perfect stay - thanks! :)

This was a wonderful place to stay in Ho Chi Minh. We checked in in the middle of the night and the location was great. In the middle of everything but cozy and quiet and tucked away. Breakfast was just okay but the staff was awesome

Excellent location. It is a 5 minute walk to Bui Vien Street where almost everything is available.”
Was very clean. Wifi was excellent when the Vietnamese government did not block/censor a website. The govt. blocks many websites including Office Depot and Best Buy. They have a nice elevator and the free breakfast was great.

It's my second time staying here, overall satisfied. only problem I have is the soundproofing. if you have a selfish neighbor that talks loud, laughs & party all night, then say goodbye to your goodnight sleep.

Quiet Comfortable Stay in Saigon”
When it comes to hotels, I prefer spending more for a better experience- friendliness of staff, amenities provided, location and comfortability of room. What I enjoyed about Cozy House 160, was that I experienced all of that on all positive levels.

Great, value for money, most important is clean, location is accessible to anywhere, friendly staff, but need to provide plug or socket for customers, especially they have more tourist customers

This is a cute accommodation that is tucked back from the busy streets of Ho Chi Minh city providing a quiet and very cozy retreat. Great location and very helpful staff, the breakfast is also a bonus. If we return to Ho Chi Minh city, we will book here again.

Definitely a good choice if you want to stay around Pham Ngu Lao and Bui Vien. Don't be misguided to expect hotel facilities. It's like an inn or homestay but you get what you paid for. Set breakfast was included, set only but not bad for the price. The best thing about our stay was the warmth and genuine service extended by the staffs. All were very helpful and they made us feel at home. Highly recommended if you're staying on a budget.
