Superb! ”
Cinnamon was asigned to be our tour guide for the entire trip. From bus trip going to Hanoi, he already discussed things that we need to know. He also making some jokes. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We ensure that each one of us will enjoy the whole. The cruise itself is nice and fantasctic. Very clean and has a beautiful and relaxing sundeck. We enjoyed the little party and dinner. We also had a squid fishing experience. All in all, I will recommend this to my friends.

Hotel mentioned that 3 days 2 night, when we approach hotel staff, they mentioned 2 days 1 night, plz check before booking.

Dissapoiting ”
I was dissatisfied from the beginning with the booking. I found the promotion on Agoda with 49% off non refundable. Later found off that it was just the usual half of the double. If I had booked directly with them it would be actually 10 dollars cheaper. I let it go and and tried to enjoy the trip anyway. Our tour guide seemed very unprepared and relaxed. On our first sunset the music was blasting loud with choices from the guide that was having fun with other staff and a group of excited young travelers. Despite having 3 other couples and a family on board. After dinner the group of travelers went on with drinking, chugging bears from cans and plastic bags beeing cheered and filmed by the staff. Again with having couples and a family with 2 small children in the same environment. On the following day we were transfered to another boat because ours had issues with the air con. We did not received proper information about our activitys of the day. The crew of the temporary boat for the day trip was unhappy to have us on board and provided courteous but unwilling service. At the end of the day directed me and my wife to take shower in a cabin that was beeing occupied by the staff of the boat. Did not provide towels or toiletries. And we didn't have any clothes to wear because our bags had been transfered to the second main boat without informing us of anything. The second main boat the guide was great, extremely thoughtful and self explanatory we witnessed him giving to the other travelers all the information that would have been very useful for us on the previous day. But in this boat our room was not great. The air con struggled and there were bugs in the room. The food was bellow average with some really low points. For the price it was a terrible tour, but we still enjoyed because the location is beautiful and the weather was good as well. Sorry for the long review, hope it will be helpfull.

staff in the cruise are friendly.. our tour guide, his name is pronounced as “we” is very good and funny.. tour’s never boring.. he set the right expectations on the “drinks” charges and gave good information on hanoi’s “best”.. he also manage the time that we can still rest along the way.. the tour’s activities is laid back, not so hectic which is what we want since we have a toddler with us.. our room is clean and beds are comfortable.. boat’s “sleeping” area has lesser boats around, not crowded.. can still take pictures of the landscape with no boats around.. we hope to come back soon..

Decent”
The staff communicated with us through Agoda before hand and contacted our hotel the day before. On the day of pick up they were late but the guide explained that they had a hold up and apologised. The guide was very friendly and helpful at all times. The activities were as described. The cruise ship was old but in good condition and clean. It was a fairly small ship.

Awesome cruise for Bai Tu Long Bay”
We were contemplating whether to book this cruise due to the high cost, however we never regret our choice! This cruise was perfect, we visited the Bai Tu Long Bay which was less touristy and less crowded. The views were amazing. Do not expect much from the room, ultimately its a small cruise. Nonetheless, the guide was great, food was great, experience was AMAZING. Special mention to Uy, our guide for the cruise. He was very helpful, even helped us to arrange transport to Ninh Binh.

Too Late for Halong Bay”
We booked a two night stay believing it would then involve going farther out into less crowded waters. We were wrong. The boat does single overnights only. If you book two nights they put you on a different boat for the day between the nights to take you to a beach until the main boat makes the trip back to the city to offload and then return with a new group. Awkward as you only have what you bring with you for the day and the day boat has limited facilities, like four chaise fore 15 people. There is a lot of food but it's all very bland. Breakfast is at 7 since they are pacing things for the very short overnight cruise. The bay itself is very crowded with boats and they all anchor together. Don't know if that is because of regulations or choice but it's not a nature trip. Moreover, I seriously doubt any of the boats have any sewage treatment equipment and instead just pump out on their way back to port. With a big crowd of boats, the thought of swimming is fairly unappetizing.

The tour guide Nam was great. He spoke good english and was very accommodating. The barman was very friendly even taught us a new card game. We enjoyed our kayaking had great fun. The room was lovely they went to extra effort as it was our anniversary trip.

Asesome Cruise. 3D2N highly recommended. They take you to remote parts of Bai Tu Long Bay which is just north of Ha Long Bay. Amazing location: calmness and serenity.

The area is beautiful. The boat and staff were great. We were there in December so day trips to beaches were too cool for swimming. Meals were excellent. No issues.

Excellent cruise that goes to the quieter area of Bai Tu Long Bay”
We had originally booked another cruise, which cancelled due to maintenance. I was very pleased we opted for the Cristina Cruise. Very clean, good food, very enjoyable and well planned activities. We did the kayaking with no one else around as the Cristina is faster than other boats (being newer with a better engine) and gets there well ahead of the others. Stunning cruise. Goes to the much quieter area of Bai Tu Long Bay, so there are far less boats around. Highly recommended. .

Would definitely recommend this tour. Even though it's one of the more expensive ones, it is worth the money as the service and staff are second to none. Our tour guide was really both entertaining and also told us about the history and cultural significance of the places we visited. The food on the cruise was also very tasty and the chefs on board made sure to cater to our dietary requirements.

The boat was very nice and facilities top notch. our tour guide was very good and I very much enjoyed our many conversations. Sailing around the bay was beautiful and the activities were quite enjoyable, we made friends very easily. It was a great opportunity to hang with all our new friends.

We truly enjoyed our experience in Halong Bay on this cuise. The staff were very attentive. The room was clean and well presented. The food was sufficient and filling. If anyone is unsure, make sure you book the 2 day/ 1 night. You're missing out if you dont!!! It was the highlight of our Viet Nam trip.

great staff, small hotel in a quite street”
I was disappointed that we didn't get a room with separate beds even though I asked for it in the reservation and in an e-mail two days before our arrival. Instead, we got a double bedroom with not enough space to turn around in, and we kept hitting our feet on the furniture. I also specified that we want a large window, and we ended with a small window that's more appropriate for a bathroom. The second night they moved us to a room that was a bit closer to what I requested, even though twin beds are not suitable nor comfortable for adults. The staff was apologetic but this didn't explain why we got downgraded even though I booked way in advance and paid more then what the hotel was advertised for in the days before our arrival. It seems like Hanoi is full of hotels that feature rooms with more space, large windows and two double beds for less money. Otherwise, the service was good and the breakfast was decent.

free shuttle service from & back to hanoi. suppose 2 day 1 night stay, but ended up half day trip. have to get down from the cruise due to bad weather . wasnt a pleasant trip due to cancel of trip. everyone back to individual travel agency or hotel agent for further arrangement. wasted our money. :(
