Something funny about the whole thing :(”
When we got there, they did not know anything about Agoda. Then we had to pay extra to upgrade our room because they did not have our booking, then they wanted us to pay again because they said that we had not paid???So we left! After this they called my wife and said that it was all a big mistake!? and would we like to come back, unbelievable! Either gross incompetence or a scam, probably a bit of both. I think we paid for 3 nights plus the extra upgrade but only ended up staying one night. Up to you, but I would stay well away.

Awful and disappointing”
Low maintenance and dirty room. I forgot my necklace and medals on the bed head and left hotel for work then get back and it's not there anymore, I tried to ask the one and only staff at the hotel, no-one see it even the housekeeper who cleans my room. So disappointing!!!

Don't normally stay in Buayai Just here wanting to catch a train at 11 pm with some kids so we book this room just to use for that, I hear from some Australians that the steak next door is very good and I have heard from others that that restaurant is not to bad. You want to be on the bottom floors no lift. Not much english a lot less than other places we have stayed out. But anyone want an out of the way place where there are essentially no tourists\foreigners in the heartland of issan Buayai is pretty much as good as it gets

You get what you pay for. Our room was in front of a pigeon nest...but overall it was clean and ok for a quick night.

จองห้องวี 201 ราคาแพงสุด ในห้องฝุ่นเยอะ มีกลิ่นอับ น้ำดื่มไม่มี และแอร์ไม่เย็น ทางโรงแรมเปลี่ยนมาให้อยู่ห้อง 206 ซึ่งราคาถูกกว่า ห้องดี กว้าง มีน้ำให้สองขวด แต่เราก็จ่ายราคาห้องที่แพงไปแล้ว ทำไงได้ รีวิวตามจริงไปละกัน

ห้องพักกว้าง สะอาด แต่ก๊อกน้ำปิดไม่ได้น้ำไหลตลอด ฝ้าห้องน้ำเป็นรูใหญ่มากไม่ปิดให้เรียบร้อย เราพัก2คืน พนักงานไม่เข้ามาทำความสะอาด ไม่มีเติมน้ำไม่เติมกาแฟเลยค่ะ

เป็นโรงแรมที่สกปรกที่สุด เท่าที่เคยพักมา ห้องน้ำแย่ เตียงนอนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด พื้นห้องสกปรก ตามระเบียงมีแต่ขี้นก ผ้าเช็ดตัว ไม่กล้าใช้ต้องใช้เสื้อของตัวเองเช็ด อยากให่อโกด้าไปตรวจเช็คเสียความรู้สึกมากจ่ายเงินไปแล้วแต่นอนไม่ได้

ห้องพักตัวเองสะอาดพอสมควรยกเว้นผ้าเช็ดเท้าเปื้อนดำ แต่ห้องเพื่อนๆ บอกว่าไม่สะอาด ที่จอดรถเป็นการจอดข้างถนน ไม่รู้สึกปลอดภัยเท่าไรเพราะที่ตั่งค่อนข้างเงียบและไม่ค่อยมีผู้คนผ่าน แต่มีเจ้าหน้าที่อยู่ในโรงแรมตลอด 24 ชม. ก็พอช่วยได้นิดหน่อย ที่แย่ที่สุดคือการจ่ายห้อง พวกเราได้ชั้น 3 ทุกห้อง เบอร์ห้องเรียงกันแต่ขึ้นคนละบันได แทนที่จะจ่ายห้องที่อยู่ติดกันให้พักด้วยกัน
