I servizi e le camere non valgono il prezzo”

L'albergo si trova a 5km dalla citta' e intorno non ha nulla, lontano da tutto e tutti. Impensabile andare a piedi in citta' vista la strada e la mancanza completa di illuminazione pubblica (il taxi richiede circa 3 dollari). Anche tutto cio' che e' publicizzato e che dovrebbe essere presente in hotel non esiste (non ci sono negozi, ne' SPA o ristorante all'ultimo piano). Non c'e' nemmeno un bar per chi vuole godersi la spiaggia. Le camere non valgono il prezzo pagato, cosi' come i servizi offerti. La colazione offre solo cibi orientali (buoni), non ci sono ne' marmellate o burro, ne'pane tostato o briosche. Il personale, cordiale, non parla inglese, con grosse difficolta' nel capire e farsi capire. Non sono venuti a prenderci in aeroporto, forse perche' non avevano capito la nostra richiesta? Abbiamo trovato blatte in camera e un topo in cucina. Unico punto a favore, la spiaggia: bella, grande, pulita e tranquilla. Ombrellone e lettini di legno a diposizione dei clienti, ma senza cuscino o telo da mare.

Cool little bungalow on the beach”

We stayed for a few nights and were able to get pretty good nights sleeps. The bed was comfortable, the A/C was cold and the shower was fairly hot. There is construction that goes all night but after a while you get used to it and its not terribly noisy. The staff were cordial but not super friendly. I tried to opt out of the 'complimentary' breakfast but that was not an option. The breakfast was certainly not something I would pay for considering food just walking distance down the street is much better BUT the facility (dining area) was clean, and new looking. The spa that is attached was a bit disappointing, meaning: i had an ok massage but my g/f had very bad customer service and the therapist could not wait to leave, even leaving before I gave a tip... The Spa facility is nice and smells pleasant. The beach in front is Very nice, clean and not loud at all as are some other resorts up the beach. I'd stay again but next time, request the remodeled bungalows... we stayed in what looked like 1 of the last 3 bungalows that still needed an uplift. there were also brand new ones being built on the south side which looked excellent and ones the same size but remodeled and labeled "VIP" right new door - will get one of the newer ones next time. There was plenty of parking for our motorbike. The WiFi was pretty decent and cell (MobiFone) coverage was good. I'd go back

Construction Noise”

DON'T STAY Until the end of 2017 there is a big new hotel being built next door with construction from 7am through to 11-00pm some nights with no control from the hotel. The noise is very loud with no concerns from the staff to resolve the noise or advise us when we booked in. In fact happy to take money from us for an earlier night to the original booking date.

Cuu Long Phu Quoc Resort”

We were looking for a 3 stars hotel to avoid spending too much money for our 6 nights in Phu Quoc island. Cuu Long Resort seemed to be that kind of non expensive hotel where you can spend your nights in a correct bedroom and your days on the beach. At the end, it reminded us the movie Shinning staring Jack Nicholson ! The staff don't speak English, they are sad, I can understand that easily in that ghosty hotel , everything looks dirty despite the maid who knocks on your door at 8.30 am. On the beach side, no mattress, no staff, no bar, and the deck chairs are broken !! That's why we decided to move to another hotel but more expensive because we booked at the last minute just before the New Year's Eve ! Thank you Cuu Long Resort

Excellent staff. Awful hotel ”

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The beach location was nice. But apart from those 2 things, there's nothing else good to say about this hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable. The shower was bad. The pool was average. There were major construction works going on in the hotel so impossible to sleep in if you wanted to. There were no mattresses on the beach chairs. Rubbish strewn along the beach in front of hotel - plenty of staff around but no one cleans it up. It's a nice quiet spot outside the busyness of Duong Dong, but I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed only one night. There was nothing to do. They food was Vietnamese only. The place didn't look like the internet photos it looked much older and run down.

Awful hotel ! ”

Extremely disappointed by this hotel Rooms and hotel are dirty The beach is awful Staff does not speak English at all and knew nothing about the island ! Such a shame as Phu Quoc island is a great place to spend holidays To sum up this hotel is completely abandoned and would not recommend it AT ALL

I have to say that everything was really good. The location is amazing, with a nice beach, and a great green area. Breakfast was really good, so many different kinds of foods and all the staff has been kind and friendly. I spent there a great New Year's Day.

Great location for quiet and relaxation holiday”

the hotel was quite good. great sunset view. it's quiet in the evening, a bit distant from the night market, so it's good if you want a relaxation time. the only negative thing i noticed during my stay in the suite was that, the furniture were dusty so we weren't able to enjoy the couch very much. and the pool was under construction, well that's understandable i guess.

Old, dirty, with cigarette smell and bugs. ”

This hotel is not a good place to stay as it is old, dirty, and far from the night market (about 3 km). We started our trip off having to pay for a $15 taxi because our "free" airport transfer we were promised never showed up. And when I expressed my complaint upon arrival try told me they had nothing to do with arranging that and. When clearly the email conversations I had was with one of the hotel staff. Their English was poor so I decided to just drop that. They do however have scooter rentals and the beach part of the hotel is rather nice.

Ok hotel, but not worth the price”

Me and my friend stayed there for our last days in Vietnam. For what you pay it is not worth it. Most of the staff does not understand English at all and do not making effort to do so, just staring to you with big eyes. There is only one girl, who understands a bit English and tries to guess what you are looking for and to help. We did not have any towels at our arrival and had to ask for them 3 times that day, until I finally went to the reception and fetched some. The room smells like it is very humid and we kept the windows open the whole day. There are no mosquito nets and we had quiete a few in our room, which was mainly from the open windows, I guess. When we wanted to use the teapot after a few days, we found old and moulding ginger from some other guest in it! The towels (white) always had big stains on them, as well as the linen on the bed. Obviously they wash everything with cold water only. This is also how they do the laundry and after finding that out- with some troubles to make them understand what I am asking for (is it washed with warm/ hot water?). The bach is one of the nicest I would say, as it is wider compared to the others. But again, ther is rubbish everywhere, when you just step 2m out of the hotel area.. The pool looks like never in use. Paint is falling from the walls inside the pool and there are no sunbeds or anything else around it. They do not look after it at all and there is as well a small river which stinks, as water is not flowing.. The breakfast is served in buffet style, what is nice. Most things are for the ones, who like asian breakfast like soup, rice, noodles etc. There is really nice, but strong vietnamese coffee, but no hot tea. No chees or anything else than jam, butter and omelett for your toast. No cereals, not a lot of fruit either. The hotel look pretty run down and we cannot understand, why they do not put any effort in maintaining it..

located at the end of the hotel area outside town, good to have moped to get around as there is not much in walking distance. bungalows nicely located near the beach, but very noisy from breakfast garden restaurant in the morning (start at 6.30!) and building works in resort next door. room was clean but needs renovation(paint coming off the wall, moldy wall by the shower...), staff spoke very little english,cleaning girls knocked on the door at 8 am wanting to clean the room. nice breakfast buffet, great seafood bbq on the beach.very good massage spa at the hotel.

Good Location”

Third Hotel on our tour of Vietnam. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Laundry service was quick. Hotel is a short taxi ride into town. Good restaurants and cafes. The beach is wonderful and you are not subject to many Vendors. Breakfast was average, dont be too late as it will all be gone! Wifi doesnt work in the rooms, you need to acces it in the hotel lobby.

Great location, but needs LOTS of maintenance!”

Bed was hard!! Food was good with great variety. We did enjoy the beach front room with balcony overlooking the ocean. Was difficult to communicate due to language differences--need more English speaking staff!

Old and decadent resort, not value for money”

The boungalows are old and quite dirty, the sink and the shower are rusty and didn't have hot water the first day. The breakfast is really unpleasant (we even saw a worm next to the food counter). The location is not so good (there is nothing at a walking distance besides the resort beach). The swimming pool is dirty. Not reccomanded at all.

Good hotel by long. Beach. Hotelstaff has motorbikes for rent and restaurant on the beach.

Quiet, beautiful stretch of beach, nice rooms”

nice quiet location away from the densely packed parts near the town. it is inbetween a larger resort and a development so the hotel has a gorgeous, uncrowded stretch of beach. and not too far from the airport (but you can't hear/see it at all) now that it has moved. got a free upgrade from a Superior to Beach Bungalow too which was lovely.
