Amazing”
Stayed there for my birthday trip. 15-17 June 2019. Royal Superior, NEW Tower. I think the Royal Group has just injected money in lifting up this Hotel again back to it's original status. I was worried too reading all the old comments but my stay was nothing but amazing. NEW Tower has elevator. New furnitures, with air conditioning, great TV (internet tv with movies, musics etc) Nothing much on the breakfast varieties but still ok. Had a great steak dinner at Le Rabelais. Hung out there at night on the 2nd night with live piano performance. Enjoyed Le Quyen and Quoc Thien concert on the basement of New Tower. Spa (Old Tower 2nd F) was the best I ever had. Location wise, well, it is right in the middle of the city. Walking distance to Atiso statue shopping mall with BIG C supermarket. But you need to take taxi to Cho Dem and other places. Suit up bellboys everywhere, and maid looking ladies in every corner ready to assist you. Keep it up! I really enjoyed my stay!

First Time Visit to Da Lat”
Really amazed when we reached the grand and beautiful hotel which is surrounded by a huge garden full of lovely flowers. We were even more mesmerised when we checked into the room which is clean, spacious and magnificent. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and night market. Definitely going back again.

One of the best location in City ”
Excellent rooms with full facility. Great hotel. Within city you get feeling of staying in resort. Overlooking Lake & beautiful surrounding. Staff very friendly. Breakfast not upto 5* category but still manageable.

Quaint hotel but can be abit noisy ”

Nice Old Fashion Hotel”
The location is the best, you can Walk to Da Lat Market. The room is big and comfortable. But they are lacking five stars service. They could put welcome fruits in the room for example. But the hotel staffs ste nice and very helpful.

Very nice hotel”
Beautiful old palace with friendly staff. The best restaurant in town. The rooms need a renovation and was too cold without heating. Compare to Hotel Du Parc, where we also stayed, the room was better at Du Parc, to 30 % of the price. But if you go to Da Lat it is an adventure to stay at least one night at this hotel (we stayed three).

Lake view is recommended”
We travelled to Dalat as recommended by friend as we were looking for some peaceful relax time away from city. We booked Lake view room, and it was right decision and worthy. We loved the view from our window both early morning and evening. The only downside from our view is the breakfast buffet was cancelled with late notice (we found out only when turned up for breakfast), plus little confused what we could/couldn't order from menu, however we were received a great service (specially from Minh Chau). Overall verdict: 4/5

Our room in the central of the Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel that has view to direct the Xuan Huong lake, super nice view (but the breakfast's poor). So we're going to book for next trip (room exclude breakfast).

Enjoyed our stay very much. Couple of minor false: -AC didn't work and unable to fix. - Lobby decorated in style reminding me of Chinese hotel.

The hotel location is at the center of Da Lat city with a beautiful view of Xuan Huong lake. The hotel has a lovely landscape with a garden of flowers. However, the water pressure in the room is really weak sometimes. The room has an old-style decorations with a physical key. The breakfast buffet is barely OK. Overall, the hotel is a bit over-priced!
