Per un soggiorno lungo in una posizione strategica”

Dovendo soggiornare a Seoul per più giorni (nel nostro caso 6), prima mi sono informato su quale fosse il quartiere più interessante e poi ho cercato un hotel che fosse ben posizionato all’interno. Va a gusti personali, ma ritengo che il quartiere di Myeondong sia il cuore pulsante della città, quello che appare sempre nelle foto: pieno di lucine, negozi, bancarelle alimentari e ristoranti. L’hotel in questione è piazzato praticamente davanti alla fermata della metro Myeongdong, dunque la sera non vi annoierete di certo e di giorno avrete facile accesso a tutte le attrazioni turistiche della metropoli. Poco distante parte anche il Limousine Bus che porta all’aeroporto. Le stanze sono buone, ma la colazione è deludente, molto meglio non includerla nel prezzo ed uscire, l’hotel è circondato dai soliti Starbucks, Paris Baguette, ecc.

Room provides in-room safety box.. feeling very safe. Liked bathroom layout. Spacious shower booth & strong shower water. Cannot hear any sound from next door room. Friendly & helpful staffs. Airport Bus stop is 5minutes walking distance. Right next to Shinsegae shopping mall & Myeongdong station & Myeongdong shopping streets. But, hotel doesn't have washing machine & dryer machine. So if you plan to stay longer with family, it might not be perfect choice.

Though the room is a bit small for 3 single beds, it was clean the beds are comfortable snd the bathroom was spotless. They also have a weighing scale at the lobby for you to weigh and anticipate your baggage weight wc is nice.

Very impressed with the staff”

Very clean hotel and even though rooms maybe a little small, after awhile it feels comfy. The staff are also very helpful. The ladies who take the morning shift at the front desk are very polite and efficient! I would also like to highlight Mr Sang Il-Ee who mans the front desk on Friday nights as he was especially helpful as we had a troublesome request and the printer in the hotel was down. But he skillfully managed the front of service and helped us with our request. Thank you so much! The hotel is very conveniently located and the wi-fi is very good. This was my first stay in the hotel and I will very much stay there again.

Big and clean room, super Location.”

We booked 2 superior twin room and requested for big room. We were satisfied with our 5 days stay Because it was very comfortable and clean throghout the whole stay. Location just beside Myeongdong street, many restaurants and shops around. We took AirPort bus 6015 and walk about 5 min to reach hotel which I think was very cheap and convenient. Check in staff were very helpful and gave Good direction to the restaurants and shop. Definitely will recommend and go back to this hotel.

Excellent location and value for money”

The location is excellent and nearby subway station. It is value for money and the manner of the staff is good. The cleanliness is acceptable. Adjacent to the hotel are shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel is recommendable.

Superb Location & Value for money! ”

Hotel was strategically located at the entrance of the shopping street! It's a 2min walk from Myeongdong Subway Exit to the hotel! We really enjoyed the convenience! We could unload our shopping bags and head back for more! The room size was just nice for 2 paxs. We needed to make some space to open our suitcases. If you're travelling as a family, you might wanna book a bigger room. I love the TV channels available and the bathroom (with shower separated from the bath tub and basin). The weighing machine downstairs helped us alot in packing our suitcases! :) Overall it was a great stay!

Location of Days hotel is great as is near Myeongdong shopping district. If you are carrying heavy luggage, go via Exit 7 of Myeongdong station and take the escalator. Exit 5 is nearer but you have to take the stairs. If your room is facing the street, you can see the queue of Issac Toast. There is a Convenience store (CU) right around the corner. Would definitely stay in Days Hotel the next time. :D

Did not stay in this hotel as there is water leakage. Upon reaching the hotel, the staff quickly explained the situation and had reserved another hotel (New Oriental Hotel) across the street for us to stay in. They helped to push the luggage across the street and friendly reminded us to drink more water as the weather in Seoul became much hotter. Location of Days hotel is great as is near Myeongdong shopping district. If you are carrying heavy luggage, go via Exit 7 of Myeongdong station and take the escalator. Convenient location beside Myeongdong shopping area, although rooms are slightly smaller, there's enough space to open 2x 26" luggages. Airport limo bus just a short walk down the street - good for going to Incheon Airport with luggages as you do not have to go up and down stairs/walk far such as when taking subway.

Good Location”

Convenient, near to subway exits and the heart of Myeongdong. Lots of food choices and near to shopping street. Nearby also has lots of money changer offering better rates than other parts of Seoul. Was with more elderly family members who do not have strong knees, hence the stairs to and from subway can be quite challenging (especially with luggages). Hence sometimes need to find those exits with escalators. Suggest taking Airport Limousine Bus to and from airport, if possible.

hotel is situated near the subway, it’s easy to locate and very convenient. room is big and clean compared to other hotels/guesthouse around that area it has reasonable pricing. what you see in photos is really what you get. staffs are very professional and helpful.

Great location”

We booked this hotel bcos of its location, which is perfect for airport limo and daily shopping at Myeongdong. The room is a little small and our toilet bowl got stuck on the second last night. It was fixed really quickly. Prompt service and the staff spoke good English.

Excellent Location & Value for Money”

1) Prime location (Close proximity to Myeongdong Station, airport shuttle bus stop, shopping street and Department Store such as Shinsegae & Lotte). 2) Value for money, given the excellent location and very clean room. 3) Fast Wi-Fi provided. 4) No negative comments except for damaged/faulty toilet sliding door and unstable water temperature from shower head. Generally, we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely choose Days Hotel Myeongdong again when we return to Seoul next time.

Value for money accommodation in Myeongdong”

Excellent location with cafes, convenience stores and Issac Toast just below the hotel. Very short walking distance from Myeongdong Station. Room is relatively tight but for this amount and location, we really cannot fault it. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Seoul.

Hotel is just around 2min walk from Myeongdong Station exit 5. It is very close to Myeongdong shopping street, Shinsegae dept store and around 10min walk going to Namsan Cable car station. Staff are very friendly, esp Mr. Sang-il Lee.

Pros - Great location: less than a minute from Myeongdong Station edit, 5mins walk from airport limo drop off, right in front of Myeongdong shopping street, lots of street food choices till late night - Clean, all necessary amenities provided - Isaac Toast is right beside the hotel entrance Cons - Staff could have spoken better English. When asked how to walk to myeongdong underground shopping mall, she didn’t understand what I was asking n pointed me to the wrong place - Room was very small - Pillow is very flat, woke up with backache everyday :(
