It's a budget friendly accommodation for those who are looking a comfortable and convenient short stay be it for work or with family. The buffet breakfast is satisfactory and is near halal food stalls and masjid although it is in the non Muslim neighbourhood. It's a walking distance to a mosque on Lebuh Chempa and 99 Speed Mart if you need something urgent. It is a 10 min drive to Pantai Bersih if you want to watch sunset and dinner at the beach. Last but not least, the staff is friendly and helpful throughout our 3 day stay at the hotel.

Located in the mainland, so a bit far from Penang Island. Value for money is Good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty decent. They have a drinking water dispenser at the 4th floor, which is nice. They are strict about checkout times, and you will be charged even if if the checkout time exceeds by 1 minute, due to the computerized system. May be this can be improved.
