The room is good, clean, air cond is very cold. The location is perfect as I just need to walk to take either Sinh or Futa bus. The breakfast is very nice, though the choice is limited but it is very yummy.

Right in Town”

We were heading back to our home countries and this hotel was ideal for a one night stop. You can catch a Grab taxi right in front of the hotel which was very convenient. Room was small but clean...and great value!

2nd time stay.”

love the room,the bed is big. location is a walking distance to the arabic halal food . just around the corner within the backpackers lane area. just forget about the buffet for breakfast. the place is too small and the food are not that interesting. -non halal- for muslim traveller. But will still stay here for the 3rd time.

Great location but old type hotel”

Good location, near to most of popular places, less varieties of breakfast provided, room is clean and wide but old style.

small area for dining”

the room is clean and the bed is large with complete toiletries. the downside of the hotel is the small restaurant where you eat your breakfast. you need to either take your breakfast too early or too late to avoid crowded dining area. on our second day, we wait for about 15-20 minutes just for us to take our breakfast as there is no available seats. everything is occupied. all others are excellent especially their wifi.

Worth every single penny”

Good location, especially you plan to join the klook tour, the pickup location is just 50m away from the hotel. If you are a party person, this hotel is walking distance (~100m) to the hottest party spot in HCM. Room is great, value for money, everything is fine.

Good location, but facing to street (noisy)”

Very Near to Futa Buslines (convenient for traveler to and from Mui Ne etc). However the hotel sound proof is not that good and easily heard voice / sounds from the street

The hotel room is cleaned and organized”

It is very clean and out of my expectation, it is quiet at night, there's a lively street nearby for young travelers. No halal food option nearby but it is just 10 minutes grab to ben thanh market. Eventho the staff is not friendly, but overall it is an okay stay.

Bad Decision! DON’T BOOK HERE!”

We chose this hotel because it’s just across the FUTA bus station (we travelled from Vung Tau) and they didn’t have stairs in front. It would have been convenient since we were carrying luggages and boxes as we were going to the airport the next day. However, when we got there around 4pm, the receptionist told us that we need to transfer to their other branch (Dragon Palace 2) because there is a problem with the water pipes in our room. So we dragged all our stuff to the other hotel and when we were sent up to our room, it wasn’t even cleaned yet! I asked the receptionist to give us a different room but she said they only have this dirty room available for us. So they made us wait until they finished cleaning. When I checked the price of this room, it was cheaper than what I booked but got no refund of the difference. WHAT A JOKE! DON’T BOOK IN THIS HOTEL!

Good Location”

I chose this hotel because it has free buffet breakfast and it is infront of Futa Bus terminal. The staffs are very nice. At night, they sleep in the lobby sofa, which is ok. They have CCTV and Elevator. Perfect because my uncle cannot walk well. Room is clean and CR is big. Hot water is so good. I have no complaints about my stay.

We stayed here one night. Overall stay is good. Great location! Next to The Sinh Tourist company. The room is clean and has all facilities you need. Unfortunately, we don't have time to enjoy breakfast but they gave me take away box instead. Recommend to stay here!

Value for money”

Pros - just 1 street away from walking street, so near enough to the action, but not with music blasting away below. so shops for food, tours, massages all nearby - big comfy pillow and soft bed - clean room, good aircon - big and thick towels, - breakfast was very tasty, buffet spread limited but thats normal for the price you pay - came with a balcony which is rare in hcm hotels at this price point - good wifi relative to other hotels at this price point Cons - balcony door was malfunctioning, found out after getting the staff to check it, after spending 10 minutes, we both found out that needed to use abit of strength to close it. - electrical plug at bedside not working. TLDR: will recommend, good location to stay if not familiar with HCM. Hard to find this value at this price point in this area. wanted to extend my stay, was quickly fully booked.

Great location ”

This hotel was perfectly located for exploring Ho Chi Minh for a few days. Breakfast was great and offered made to order food along with the buffet. The room could have been a little cleaner but it was sufficient.

Satisfied ”

The room is quite small but it’s not a big problem. I love the bathroom as it is quite nice for a budget hotel. Most important is they have lift so no worries if you’re having few luggages with you. Overall, I enjoyed my stay even though it is a bit far from Ben Thanh area.

Worth the stay”

We stayed in 1 triple room and a double room. The room was nice. Fast wifi connection. There is a convenience store next door. Its walking distance to our tour meet up and bus to Cambodia. A lot of restaurants just around the hotel. Staff are nice too. Want to recommend this to friends.

Nice, clean and centrally located ”

I paid for 2 rooms for two nights, a triple and a double sharing. The rooms were all good. Instead of a double bed and single bed for the triple sharing, we were given two double beds which made us even more comfortable. Breakfast buffet was lovely. So heart filling. Bathroom has its own shower enclosure and with hot or cold water. There is a convenience store next to the hotel. Another plus is, its just few meters away to our meet up place for the tours booked through Klook. And also walking distance to the bus station if you want to cross Cambodia. I would love to book on this hotel again if by chance I come back to Ho Chi Minh in the future.

This hotel very near the bui vien street around 100m, around their hotel got many shop lots likes concept store ,cafe,restaurant and the otherwise.Their buffet breakfast are good taste also and my booking is budget room without window ,this kind of room also got many facilities,likes their bathroom also got bathtub,very suitable for the couple.Overroll my experience at this hotel are very nice.

most comfortable bed and pillows since arriving in Việtnam 2 weeks ago - would highly recommend- but be aware if you have a balcony room it is very busy/noisy due to the street parties down below (central tourist area) so you might want ear plugs. Switched to a back room for 2nd night much quieter

Ok for 1 night”

I was disappointed in the difference between the photos & the reality of the deluxe room with balcony - both room & balcony are tiny & tired. In saying that, you do get what you pay for, & it’s fine for an overnight stay before travelling elsewhere. The staff were pleasant & helpful.
