Beautiful, peaceful, modern Thai style resort in a great location”
We decided to stay at the Dusit after extending our Phu Quoc trip a few extra days. We love the beautiful grounds right on the beach with one of the most beautiful swimming pools in Phu Quoc. The rooms are modern, new, comfortable and clean and the central courtyard is full of fruit trees bordered by walking paths and fountains full of fish. They have lots of trees on the beach for shade, as well as beautiful flowers and a white cabana and table for those perfect sunset photos. You would never guess we are just two minutes from the Airport and downtown Phu Quoc. The restaurant here serves Thai and western dishes cooked by a legitimate Thai chef. We really loved the change of flavors. More importantly the staff here goes out of your way to make your stay happy. The restaurant manager Hieu and the head chef arranged a mini wedding photoshoot for my wife and I after they finished the breakfast rush. They came out to help us pose the best shots and took great pictures for us so we can use them for our US wedding ceremony. Overall a great value, really exceptional staff, and an opportunity for authentic Thai food in PQ, absolutely we will come back.

Amazing 4 nights at Dusit Princess”
It was our 1 year anniversary and we loved our stay! The resort is nice and clean. The staff are super friendly and always smile at you. We chose Premium Delux Ocean View because it has a bathtub. I recommend this room if you like to be in the tub to relax. These rooms are located on the backside of the hotel (from the beach) so you may hear the noise from the street but it has the best view of the resort. The pool was spacious just like the pictures. We looooved it! It can be crowded during the happy hour but it was really nice to be in the pool and looking at the sunset (one of the best I've ever seen) and drink beer. Breakfast was the best!!! The coffee, pho, fresh veggies, and fruits... There were many selections, a good mix of Western and Asian cuisine, and also hot and cold. Wish there were more local food though. Thanks to Brian, Kai, and Dino for taking good care of us and recommending good places to visit. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back there again!

Best and beyond”
It has been a memorial stay for me at Dussit Princess Moonrise Phu Quoc. I stayed here for three days and it has been the most relaxing time I have ever had. I still miss the vibes and services at this place. Hotel is super clean and smells amazing everywhere I go. Staffs are super friendly and extremely helpful. They are always happy and smile with customers. The infinity pool is gorgeous. Their 2 restaurants have the greatest food and almost everything you need. My mom and grandma are vegan and they were vegan food available for them there too. We ate breakfast at the other restaurant at the hotel and have one lunch and one dinner at their Thai restaurant. They have the best pad see ew I have ever eaten. The restaurant manager Nat gave us the warmest hug and greatest care ever. She took time to talk to my mom, my grandma and made sure we have everything we need. Thai Luna spa is definitely a MUST-TRY. Their masseurs are well-trained and very professional. Way far beyond expectation.

Second stay, even more satisfied”
We had a 1st stay in Dusit Princess Moonrise Beach Resort in August 2018, when it had just opened. Already brilliant at that time. 9 months later, in May 2019, we were happy to note that everything had improved, in one way or another. Better organization, food, etc. We've been all over Phú Quốc island, from north to south, from east to west. It's difficult to find a more valuable resort than this one. 1/ 5 min (free) transfer from/to airport - we landed at 11:45 and were at the resort at 12:00: unbeatable. 2/ You can go anywhere (north/south/east) easily from the resort. If you can drive motorbike (the most flexible solution), it's 200000 vnd per day. 3/ A real large beach with sand, connected to the infinity pool (no rocks like at popular secluded Ông Lang beach resorts, for ex...) 4/ Very comfortable & convenient rooms (amazing beds) 5/ Outstanding & abundant buffet breakfast (everything is good, without exception) 6/ Great Thai restaurant 7/ Lovely helpful staff all over the place

Excellent place for R&R”
Location is great. Far enough from the town but within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front and reception, particularly Ms. Rizgin (not sure if I got her name spelled correctly). She is always full of energy and went to great length to make everyone comfortable. The gym is also in excellent shape. The weather did not cooperate during our stay but we love the view whenever it let up. Beautuful ocean view at reakfast area which is one of the highlights of our trip. My grade during our stay: Location: A Room and facilities: A+ Front staff and reeption: A+ Breafast: A Gym and pool: A+ Housekeeping: C-. Needs improvement and retraining. Room wasn't well clean for a five-star resort like Dusit Breakfast staff: B-. Can be better. Some staff tend to have short memory on requests

Relaxing place to stay at”
We liked the serenity at the beach although we didn't swim there because the wind is quite strong and there's a few trash. But we enjoyed the swimming pool and the sunset. Lovely view! The staff are accommodating and attentive. The deluxe room is spacious, cozy and clean. We loved it so much (especially the soft cloud-like pillows) that we decided to stay at the hotel for 3D2N relaxing instead of touring the island. The buffet breakfast has variety of delicious Vietnamese and Western dishes to choose from 6:30 to 10am with a really good view. The crab rice is also good (lunch/dinner). I recommend this resort! Thank you to all amazing staff, and for accommodating my request (mango cake)!

Heaven on earth”
The resort doesn't look very impressive on the outside but as soon as you walk inside, you're in a different place. The room is so beautiful, clean and aesthetic. Everything is properly arranged, created with attention to details. The facility is great from the lobby, the pool, and the restaurant. Our favorite is their sunset, nothing can really describe how beautiful it was. Restaurant is super good. Staff is really friendly, top customer service. Only minus thing was the customers, mostly families with kids so it was very loud and noisy. I understand the resort managed to get through this hard time. But selling out cheap vouchers actually hurts more than what they gain. Anyway, we love it so much. We will come back very soon.

Eccezionale”
Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was really helpful and extraordinary nice. The rooms were spacious and very cozy. The bathroom was clean and really nice. All in all it was absolutely great. The food is excellent and I hope the cleanliness and interior will be the same after a few years. If so, I will definitely come back. You can rent scooters and there's a really good restaurant up the road. You can catch a grab to the city center but it's not that nice. Stay in the hotel , relax and enjoy the pool bar - Happy hour! Beach was clean and nice. But after a storm lots of trash in the water. But that's not related to the hotel itself. It's a general problem on the island.

Small hotel but has everything you need and more. Super close to the airport which is very convenient especially if you are a sun lover and who wants to maximise your precious tanning time. Great room with ample space, very nicely laid out and quiet (even though my room that was closer to the mainroad). They have a very nice, clean pool and a small but amazing beach with crystal clear water. Fantastic spa that offers one of the best massages I've ever had in my life. And most important of all, exceptional team who made me feel extremely at home and welcome. You won't regret checking this place out!

Romantic Paradise ”
From the moment we walked into reception we knew we were somewhere special. The view when checking in is straight down the massive pool and out over the sea. The breakfast buffet selection was extensive even for a vegetarian which was wonderful to look forward to every morning. The on-site restaurants are lovely. Watching the sunset during happy hour while listening to the soft live music became a ritual. It was definitely a destination for couples with a couple of young families thrown in but everyone was respectful and just seemed happy to be there in their own love bubbles. We stayed for 10 nights so saw 10 beautiful sunsets with people sitting at the pool bar or on the decking or beach or just floating around in the pool. It really was magical. Every member of staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. There are a few restaurants a few minutes walk up the road. Our favourites were Lagom Vegetarian and Cami serving wonderful Vietnamese food, great service in both

Excellent hospitality”
Without doubt, this is one of the top favorite hotels to stay in Phu Quoc island ever. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by all the staffs. The staffs were extremely friendly and the restaurant is very flexible. We had two awesome nights here and felt very relaxed which obviously added up to our experience. The room were super clean and we surprisingly received good night greetings with the lovely cakes every evening here. The pool is great and the view is awesome. Would definitely come back here soon!

The room was spacious, the food and drinks were awesome! Especially the strawberry smoothies!! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The general manager was such a friendly great guy!! This is my favourite hotel in the world now!! 2 minor feedbacks are, maybe some draws in the room? Underneath the TV ? Would be so helpful for underwear, swimwear, etc....., second, the ladies toilet door by the swimming pool bangs when it’s closed. Maybe put a soft close on it so to make it quieter! These are honestly minor minor points!!! I couldn’t fault this hotel and staff in anyway! Would recommend 100% if you are visiting Phu Quoc!!! Thank you so much for everything you done for us!! You are all awesome!!!! Hopefully see u again soon!!!!

Short holidays in Phu Quoc”
Everything at the Princess Moonrise Beach Resort exceeded our - already high - expectations: the resort is the most beautiful of the ones I have seen on the island; service is impeccable and the staff is just super wonderful; just mentioning Jeffery as one of the many great people. Some practical items: The resort is only a short way away from the airport which makes the transfer time less than 10 minutes. There are about 25 flights in and out of the airport which did not bother us at all as you hardly hear them. We had an executive suite which is twice the size of the normal room and we thought it was worth the extra money. When we were there the majority of guest were Russian and Chinese which can be a difficult crowd but we had (almost) no complaints. There are free daily shuttles into town provided by the hotel but I honestly think it's not worth to go there. From late afternoon on there is a live band. We loved them and their music.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is managed very well The pool was lovely very clean beach. We thought the food and drinks are reasonably priced compared to other places in the world we visit. There was one thing I didn’t like was people smoking especially when you are eating and some disrespectful person lights up a cigarette on the next table Will definitely try to come back again some time in the future But please ban smoking in the hotel and grounds before we do

Top Service and Management ”
From the moment we arrived until the time we left I have to say the service from all staff at all levels was superb. They all cared from the hearts and it really showed in their personal attitudes towards guests. I couldn’t fault them at all and it would be a pleasure to return to the Dusit Princess again. The rest of the experience was excellent and I would certainly recommend again. A special Mention for the Thai Head Chef and Thai Director of Operations... you guys were awesome .. your management style obviously works and it showed with the attention to detail and professionalism of your staff. You guys went above and beyond to satisfy your guests!!!

Wonderful experience”
The hotel has very good service. The staffs are nice, caring and enthusiastic. Dusit is located near the center of Dong Duong town, on the main road, just 10 mins from the airport. Dusit has many trees, very relaxing and comfortable space, with swimming pool and private beach. Very nice room, fully equipped. The food is delicious. Totally worth the money. Beautiful!

The cleanest and nicest hotel/resort I've been to”
Ive travelled alot and really enjoyed my brief but short stay here. Upon walking into the room, I can tell that there was a lot of care put into cleaning the room. Generally I always feel the need to wear inside slippers at other resorts. But here I felt no need. I enjoyed the vibes and the clean beach. Staff were nice and accommodating. Would stay back here again next time!

Great place to stay at in the entire island! ”
It was a splendid stay! Loved the hotel decor and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was prompt and friendly too! Facilities are very well thought out as well. Our stay at Phu Quoc would not have been perfect if we have selected another hotel!
