One night only but I already knew the hotel”
It was nice to come back to VN, specifically in Saigon once again. This time I decided to stay in an average budget hotel and based on the reviews, I wanted to give this hotel a chance. Accommodation was good but basic: one bed, A/C, mini bar, TV. Room had no window. Location is very convenience as it is near the most restaurants, ATM's, pubs, bars, travel agencies, night clubs. No breakfast unless you pay for it. Friendly staff.

Place was a construction site when I arrived. Dust everywhere, wires hanging from the walls, No towels,No TV, Aircon poor. Overall a disappointing hotel for the price I paid

Personal belongings got stolen”
Extremely poor services. Staff decided to move my personal belongings to a different room without my consent. After I checked my stuffs, realized that some new clothing and small items gone missing. I would never recommend any one for a place with such an unacceptable service quality.

I feel cheated. The hotel should have been closed for construction. My stay was the worse hotel experience ever. I will never return. The owner was greedy

No hot water, fan, tv, desk and LOUD. ”
The place is a disasater. I was scammed by booking ahead and reading reviews. The place is a construction zone, but also nothing was working in the room, or it was missing things: ac wired on one setting so you can't turn the temp down, no hot water, and the first time I go to turn on tv in 5 months- no cable.

Friendly staff, poor facilities/cleanliness”
Workers I spoke to were generally friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is undergoing renovation. The work being done is very loud and messy (dust flying everywhere). Many rooms are in poor condition (bathroom floors not properly tiled, windows do not close properly and do not have curtains, etc.). My room was not cleaned despite putting the sign requesting service on the door. There was a lot of noise in the middle of the night (around 3 am on multiple nights), ie shouting and banging doors. If I had not paid in advance, I would have changed hotels.

The hotel is under renovation but did not inform me at all. On the day to check in the hotel was totally a mess. Overall is not a place for people to stay. I left immediately after they brought me in to a dirty room without any key given to me. This was a horrible hotel I ever seen before.

Excellent possibilities. Good potential in this District 1 hotel. Problem currently is construction going on which is a huge problem. Noisy dusty dirty. When work is done could be a good choice.

The hotel is currently being renovated. Lots of dust everywhere and drilling in the hotel, WiFi poor. Staff are really friendly and helpful, speak good English. The location is good, close to market and restaurants/bar area. Can't recommend until building work is done, very noisy & unpleasant.

Quiet place, clean, but a bit old”
Situated at the outskirt of backpacker street, this is the best place if you want to find a quiet place to get a good rest. However the facilities in room seem a bit old. Anyway, it's clean, neat and tidy though.
