ho soggiornato all hotel empress per tre notti, la stanza era abbastanza grande, il bagno pulito, il servizio buono. L'hotel è in una buona posizione rispetto a tutti (pochi) siti interessanti della città. Ho fatto colazione in albergo solo un giorno, buffet non molto ricco, cibo per lo più locale. E' eccellente il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

The room has table to put a laptop, and chair to sit. Room has external window. The window can be opened. But many pigeon dropping outside the window. Very smelly if you open the window.

Have stayed here many times but I no longer feel it offers the same value for money as other hotels. The breakfast is a very big disappointment. The staff and location are excellent and rooms quite good overall. But I think the rooms are now slightly overpriced.

The ladies at front desks were so polite and helpful. They answer to all my questions and guide me to see the whole city. One of them helped me to book the cheap airfare to Hanoi and translate the website for me . I enjoyed staying over there . I really recommend this hotel to anyone who want to be at central. Very good breakfast and the staff never said no to me.

Although the price was abit on the high side because I booked 1 week before i went over, but generally was satisfied with the cleanliness and the help that the staff had provided to me. About 20 mins to Ben Thanh market and generally accessible to anywhere I wanted to go around district 1.

Stayed for 3 nights. room sizes small but clean. breakfast is terrible. If you choose asian breakfast, all you get is instance noodle and one cup of coffee.

Is there any notice on their interior construction schedule or issues that need to be informed to customer? It was under construction (very bad dust and dirt that results from it), unable to use the WIFI at room, unable to take the shower at night during 1H30M due to their construction. I never got the bad experience like this before from any of hotel booked by Agoda. Tooooooooo much disappointed! It was not a big money but really want to get the money back from this lousy hotel.
