Stayed at ENA suite for 6 days with my family, we all loved our stay and going back as we return from jeju. We loved how clean the hotel is kept with very modern new facility. I am allergic to dust and I sneeze and cough when there is dust, at ENA suite I was able to stay very comfortably. Hotel is kept so clean!! Eachday duvet cover was changed to fresh crisp cover with new linens and pillow case. It was great to return to a very clean room at the end of day. Provide new slippers everyday, also enough big towels. Airconditioner is in both living room and in suites separately, awesome! Hotel is in business district, lots of good restaurants around hotel even 24hr open. asked recommendation to front desk, loved their recommendation!! All in walking distance. Hotel is in 5 to 15min from most tourist attraction, took taxi each time, costed $ 5-10$, so convenient. Take business card at the front desk if you take taxi, it will help taxi driver with hotel name, address and map.

It's a wonderful hotel. The location was wonderful with just a stone's throw away from the entrance to City Hall subway station . We took buses to Myeongdong and Dongdaemun. It took us around 15 minutes. Hondgae, Insadong and Eahwa were slightly longer but still near enough. The room I booked was clean and large! We could place both our check in luggage side by side with a king size bed. Do note the breakfast is not buffet style. Instead you can choose between a Korean style meal and a American breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were wonderful. They remembered our orders the next day and smiled brightly at us. The room was cleaned and it was truly a pleasure to come back after a long day of shopping to a neat and clean room. The bathroom was well appointed and we loved the electronic toilet seat. ;D I would recommend this hotel to couples.

This is indeed a good hotel esp the hotel location at city hall line , exit 9 , walking distance 1 min. Namdaemun market 7min walking distance , food stall , eatery everywhere!! For ladies , boots , olive young &Aritaum u can find it nearby. There are also famous eatery 小公粥& 50 years 儒面 few min walking distance near city hall exit 12. Even airport shuttle bus opposite of hotel 16,000 won per person bus is quite on time n comfortable seat do not worry if u carry big luggage. Room wise is consider a big one and daily bottle water will be serve. One thing i would to gv a lady staff compliment which i forgot to jot down her name i need to send post card on Sat but post office is close she is volunteer to post for me. Is a great experience & pleasant stay with this hotel i will definitely stay here again !! Note : No early check in is allow and if needed they will charge by hourly basis. Earliest check in time will be at 3pm but u may request to extend check out time at 1pm .

Look no others if u plan to stay in Seoul. Stayed in a 5 stars hotel in Myeong Dong for 4 days 3 night but couldnt beat ENA overall. Location wise very strategic, staff can speak fluent english, room size is excellent compare to price that you paid, cleanliness is 10/10, facilities is great and overall value for money. Nearby to Namdaemun Market, less than 1 km around 15 minutes. Don't shop at Myeong Dong as total ripoff. If u book from klook to Nami Island to travel by bus, the pickup point in at Sungnyemun Gate 5 minutes walk only. Eateries and 24 hours convenience store are less than 5 minutes walk and around the hotel area. Hotel even allowed early check in at 1 pm as long as you informed them earlier. Airport taxi is 80 000 krw from the hotel to Incheon, took around 50 minutes if he traffic is clear. Overall great experience with ENA Suite. Definitely my only choice if staying in Seoul. The room is big (Standard King), hot shower, heaters and a/c works like a charm.

Stayed 9 nights at ENA suite, thumbs up for their cleanliness, fresh sheets and towels each day. Toiletries are good quality. Room is spacious, we have 5 luggages and we still have plenty space, kitchenette is useful. Washing machine is a plus , as many said, would be great if operational hours can be extended. Location of the hotel is awesome, mini marts just few steps away, many restaurants, fast food chain and coffee nearby, City Hall station is a minute walk from hotel. Buses are many and easy too. Overall a very happy stay at ENA. Definitely will choose ENA when travelling to Seoul. Thank you for being a great host and kudos to the housekeeping team.

To summarise, this hotel was everything we wanted during our stay in Seoul. Great value for money. The lobby is well lit, clean and the reception staff are very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, amenities were plentiful and the beds very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting one of our group locate their lost phone in the back of a taxi. The location is great, located just a few seconds away from the City Hall subway exit. Great restaurants surrounding. A short taxi ride or ~15 mins walk to Myeongdong. Convenience store located very close by. Thank you so much for an excellent stay, if we are ever back in Seoul we won’t hesitate to stay here again!

my family was very happy to stay in the hotel. we got the suite room, with a living room/dining/bedroom with 2 queen beds. they would always clean the room and leave it clean and tidy, which is always a good experience after coming back from a day of touring the city. there is a fitness gym available too, though you need to pay extra if you wish to use the pool. the receptionists are very accommodating and helpful, they even booked taxis for us everytime. the location is very accessible, it is a 2minute walk to City Hall station and there are nearby restaurants and 24hour-convenience stores within 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. I will stay here again next time.

We misunderstood that we forgot our baby’s chair at the hotel where the staff helped us with the check and a reply. Check-in and check-out procedures are done in a short time. The room is clean, looks new, the bed is comfortable and I like that the floor of the room is not covered with carpet that I would worry about cleanliness because we have a baby who like to walk on the floor with bare feet. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and every day the room was cleaned neatly. Although we have left the hotel to travel in the afternoon. Thank you

the staff were really helpful and friendly, able to converse in english. the room was amazing, huge space and bed was big and comfortable. it was also very clean and i felt very relaxed and comfortable staying in the room. nearest station is city hall but we preferred taking the bus, there are afew bus stops around that can take you to myeong dong, hong dae etc in quite a short duration. the whole stay was very enjoyable and it is very value for money, i would stay here again if i’m back in seoul!

The location is perfect. Few minutes walk away from City Hall Station and Namdaemun Market. The room is cleaned daily. With free tea, coffee and bottled of water. The bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is clean also with complete supplies. The only downfall is the bathroom has no lock. And even if you close it, there's a gap on the other side of the door which people from outside can see you taking a shower because the shower door is transparent. It's ok if you're traveling with your husband maybe but if you're traveling with siblings or friends, it's awkward.

Located conveniently within walking distance of the renowned Namdaemun market with eateries and convenience store right at the doorstep. The room is very spacious and clean and the hotel staff are extremely helpful and gracious. They even helped us store our luggages as well as some items that needed refrigeration when we traveled to Jeju for 4 days. Glad we chose to stay at the same hotel when we came back! Truly enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend it to our friends as well.

Stayed in the 4pax suite for 4 nights in seoul. Super satisfied with the stay, room was luxuriously furnished and clean. Super value for money! Very convenient as well, 3 mins walk to the city hall station line 2 (same line as hongdae, ewha university street, lotte world) and 5 mins across the street to a whole selection of korean restaurants and namdaemun market. Staff were super helpful as well when we asked for directions. Will definitely be back for my next seoul trip.

Great hotel near metro and airport bus stop”
I highly recommend this place. Airport bus is right across the street. Subway station is 3 mins walk. Lots of coffee shops near by. There’s also a castle ruins 4 mins 3 mins walk. We got the Deluxe Studio with king and twin beds. The room is pretty big. It had a tub in shower and another shower separate shower with rain faucet. They gave complementary towels, slippers, toothbrushes, comb, shampoo, conditioner, etc. My only minor complaint is that we are a party of 4 people. They kept giving us 3 towels. We didn’t realized we’re short 1 towel until the last person needs to shower. I’ve asked the front desk the following day which they provided but the next day we’re back to 3 towels again. Aside from that, it’s a great hotel and would highly recommend it.

Love the space in the room for 3pax, I think it can even fit 4! The room was clean and bed is comfortable, love this hotel's location too. Green line is nearer to this hotel (exit 9). Dark blue line can be taken from City Hall too, but have to walk a little further. From Airport to Seoul station, you can take the dark blue line to City Hall, go to the direction of green line, and exit from green line to save some trouble of walking a long long way via dark blue line exit 9.

We are a family of 4 with two grown kids (12 and 17 years old). We loved how spacious the room was, especially considering we had 4 hand carry luggages and 4 checked in luggage, total of 8 luggages. Even with all our luggage, we never felt cramped. The room was very clean and location was in a quiet area not too from the busy Myeongdong area. We enjoyed our stay and and have no regrets with staying at ENA Suite Hotel.

One of the nicest and newest hotels in Seoul”
Whenever we have special ocassions, we choose to spend it at ENA. The hotel is newly built, the room size is larger than the usual room size among hotels in Seoul, the rooms are clean and staff are very polite. Customer service is the best. We love the bed and everytime we stay here, we get the break and rest that we actually look up to.

Beautiful hotel located near city hall station. Standard King room is big enough to open 2-3 large luggage. Rooms are clean and new, and alot of eateries can be found just nearby. 7-11 and GS25 is 5mins away from the hotel. Myeongdong and Namdaemun Market is just 10-15mins walk away. Will definitely stay here if i were to return to korea.

Came back again, and would do so in the future”
Stayed here for a week, went on a long weekend trip, and wanted to try something else after the trip. Well after one night, we came back to ENA Suite Hotel. It's everything starred above, and then some. It's a mid-sized hotel. Not too small where there's no service, and also not so huge that it feels impersonal. The laundry is conveniently located in the pool/workout area, and has brand new stacking washer/dryer with coin machine and laundry detergent, too. It's also less than 2 blocks from the green line loop /City Hall stop - which you can take all over and conveniently transfer to blue line to either airport. Will stay here again my next trip to Seoul.
