Ottimo”

I visited the hotel in June 2018,with my husband and 3 older children for 5 nights,I booked a senior suite and an exclusive room.On arrival there ,we were welcomed by staff and had a quick check-in,we had our exclusive room upgraded to a family room so we could be next to each other,free of charge.When I was booking the rooms i was very confused to how many single beds we could have per room(the agoda website was not to clear).I paid for a extra single bed per night,for the room ,because my children were older they refused to share a bed.I was very disappointed with the extra bed ,it was a very low quality camping type bed,not what i expected for the money I had paid for it and from a 5 star hotel,I ended up folding it away and using the sofa bed(what a waste of money). The buffet breakfast disappointed me,it was nice but lacked quality and range of foods I had previously experience in other 5stars,finally don't forget your cap for the free swimming pool,or you have to buy one there.

Waste of money. The advertising and the pictures are very deceiving are not true. You think you’ll have Seaview while most of the hotel of you is through the neighborhood very old buildings with a lot of noise and children screaming and not nice looking balcony with A lot of crap and junk I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone and everything looks old inside the towels looks old and worn the bed cover as well I will add some pictures for other so they do not make my mistake definitely is not the place to be in or someone you love

The cleaning staff Always took the card from the room after they finished which made the room extremely hot when we arrived in the evening from our outgoing and we always argue with them and the receptionist but aside from the language barrier they don't understand or almost the communication between the cleaning staff and the receptionist is null. Didn’t like the bath tub as the molds spread allthe corners and looks totally unhygienic. Internet is so poor. It's almost good signals near the room door but the more you go inside the bars goes down and you can't open a YouTube clip in 480p quality as loading takes forever. I asked many times to remove the alcoholic beverges as I'm a Muslim it's prohibited by our religion. I asked this request in my booking and when I arrived and when we changed the rooms but no compliance. Cons: We had a great stay at your respected hotel, but we have few comments: Above all the language barrier was the most problematic issue we encountered with all the staff, even the receptionists has limitations with English language Upon any request, it always take them a while to respond or to see any action from their side e.g to change our room cus the air condition was hot it took four days to have a replacement room which was just three rooms to our side in the floor. Fixed menu breakfast with few changes almost none They have the worst air conditioner ever, especially at the night which stopped automatically, & we asked for help they said we will send the technician but it was not fixed for 4 days in row till we insisted to change the room No umbrellas was available at the hotel especially during the rainy season Not good cleaning team meaning the ground is dusty and you can see no cleaning at all only changing the towel and making the bed but the ground is dirty as before.

Positive - good food, both breakfasts and dinner. Variety of choices , attention to the detail - skinned tomatoes and peeled cucumbers! Nice weekend stay”

the hotel is very nice and was undoubtedly very luxurious when first opened. As it's so big and I guess the upkeep very expensive it's looking a little tired in places. I have marked down because of this although the room was very nice and clean. The swimming pool area could do with some renovation I believe. Still had a very enjoyable stay there.

Nice hotel with great location”

It's a very nice stay at this hotel. The location is perfect. Very closed to beach ( only one block away ), and many nice restaurants around. The service is good , and free shuttle bus to the TUYAP exhibition center. Great for the show visitors. I will stay again if i come back this area !!

Goog location and clean ”

Hotel is very good, receptionist was ridged not welcoming. They have bicycles service but don't try it as all not working. we consumed 45 minutes waiting for technicsion to fixed them up for nothing.

Very limited on outdoor space. Swimming pool disappointing as was the rest of the supposedly 5 star facilities. Finally one of the worst five star hotels I stayed in. A three star hotel would be just as good and cheaper

Great area, good hotel”

Location is very good close to the sea and breakfast included. Rooms are decent, upgrade if staying more than a few days is worth it. Interesting hotel design but not the top of the line , showing some age but definitely still good. Has a free Turkish bath, steam and sauna. Pool is about 5 feet deep all across with a separate small kiddie pool. With the current dollar exchange, most shopping and dining are a terrific bargain!

The A/C was very bad Additionally, the hotel location is very far from all locations that travellers recommended to visit, based on that taxi cost will consume a very recognised amount of the trip budget in addtiin to losted time in roads back and forth from the hotel location

Good... the hotel is very nice a d the indoor pool is big...I didnt like how far it is from historical sites and city center (45 minutes by car) and it costs you 90 to 100 Turkish lira for the taxi ride...there is an aqua park ( aqua marine) steps away...uf hr looking for sun beach and ciid, I fecommend it...if you are there for museums, history and shopping , its a very good place.

Business, business and business”

Nice hotel for business purpose. Unfortunately, this hotel is not close to the city center. Need to pay for internet is a big minus for business hotel, please consider to provide free internet to all the guest.

beach side hotel with comfortable bed ”

the location is so far from the Center or famous Mosgues or squares. if you want to enjoy the Istanbul tour, you'd better to find another hotel. But you can enjoy your time in beach side with fresh air, swimming, sun tanning... it was good for refresh, quietly.

business trip for tuyap”

5km away from tuyap expo centre. hotel has shuttle bus and not bad. close to the ataturk airport.

Due to the shuttle bus issue, I feel dissatisfied and will not recommend my Friends to stay.
