Nuovo resort, con stile”
Nuovo resort, a conduzione vietnamita, di alto livello. Camere spaziosissime, suddivise in casette di muratura a 2 piani con 2 camere a piano. Tutte con terrazzo o balconcino sul giardino. Camere arredate con gusto e servizio ottimo. Dislocato sulla long beach, a 15 min di taxi dal centro abitato e 10 min dal nuovissimo aeroporto. Anche la spa con vista sul mare e' molto originale e buoni i trattamenti, tra l'altro economici. Phu Quoc e' la nuova Phuket!! Speriamo non cresca eccessivamente

CONSIGLIATISSIMO”
Devo dire che sono rimasta soddisfattissima di aver scelto questa struttura le camere zona spiaggia sono splendide pulitissime molto ampie letti grandi e comodi ed il bagno è stupendo con box doccia vasca da bagno completo di asciugamani ciabatte phon e set di cortesia. Il resort è immerso in un giardino curatissimo, un bel prato circonda la piscina molto curata e pulita... la spiaggia è attrezzata con lettini ed ombrelloni e forniscono teli da spiaggia puliti tutti i giorni. Ottimo anche il servizio ristorante alla carta piatti molto curati e buoni e comunque prezzi abbordabili anche se leggermente più costosi dei ristoranti fuori dal resort... La colazione è veramente superba fornitissima di tutto e di più dalla pizza affettati formaggi ed insalate varie dolci di svariati tipi, yogurt, frutta, macedonia, uova in tutte le salse oltre chiaramente ai tipici piatti vietnamiti...insomma più di così non potevamo chiedere per colazione! Lo staff gentilissimo, competente, sorridente e sempre disponibile... lo consiglio davvero a tutti!!

Resort carino ma non eccezionale”
Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni, ma credo che l'albergo sia sopravalutato per il costo di una stanza nemmeno in prima fila vista mare. Bel giardino e localizzazione tranquilla, con spiaggia sabbiosa non troppo ampia ma praticabile, mare tranquillo e pulito. Staff pessimo, non capiscono nulla di inglese e quindi non sono di alcun aiuto per spostamenti all'esterno e servizi del resort. SPA non di alto livello , con lettini open air, che quindi erano visibili da chi arrivava dalla zona camere:la ragazza che ha praticato il mio massaggio non e' stata niente di che. Propongoo la mezza pensione con colazione e cena ma non conviene assolutamente, meglio uscire con taxi e andare a mangiare all'esterno, magari al night marker dove si trova grande varietà e si può passeggiare in tranquillità fra i negozi.

FANTASTICO”
Una delle esperienze più belle della vita. Un albergo molto bello, molto tranquillo e pulito. La locazione è perfetta, sia per ciò che riguarda la vicinanza alla spiaggia, che per il centro della città. Lo staff dell'albergo ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno confortevole e piacevole da tutti i punti di vista. Lo chef di origini francesi fa al massimo il suo lavoro, cercando di soddisfare i gusti di tutti gli ospiti cucinando sia i piatti europei che quelli vietnamiti. Un altro aspetto importante è il funzionamento perfetto di wifi anche sulla spiaggia, oltre che nelle stanze. Consigliamo a tutti questo albergo!!!!!

great garden hotel”
The location was great, it's close to the airport (first planes departing at 8:00am last before 10:00pm). Outside of the hotel were great restaurants for reasonable prices - alladin pizza (best seafood pizza I've eaten (I've been over 3 months in italy), good local cousine for good prices and massages as well. The pool was very nice and surrounding garden as well. We've appreciated the bathtub as well as we've visited during monsoon season.. As we've visited over monsoon season, the sea was rough (not more than in spain or portugal), but the locals considered it dangerous so it was forbidden to go to the sea. But we've handled it with the reception and took a dip. The breakfast was AMAZING. Overall I think we couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our stay with the discounted price:)

only booked 1 night for airport transfer. near to airport just took 10 minutes. staff very helpful and able to speak english. everyhing perfect here. nice beach and facilities. room design and smell like spa concept. you should try this hotel

Dear Readers I work for international Company and i have chances to stay at many hotels but This is my first review for hotels i stayed. I really like Famiana and will come back to this place in the near future. - nice place, very near Market and Duong Dong Downtown - clean - staffs are all nice and kind. They even upgrade my room when knowing I go with my wife and 2 children. - i forgot my Ipad and staff try many times and many ways to send from Phu Quoc to Ho Chi Minh city for me. I love this hotel! They upgraded us for free to a villa near to the beach! And also so many choice of food for breakfast. The staff so helpful and they decorated my room for free as it’s my honeymoon vacation and also give a cute cake written happy honeymoon.

Great place”
From the first moment we entered this hotel, we felt right at home. We stayed in a beach front villa, room 310, which had ample space and is located peacefully and right on the beach with beautiful views. The hotel is not brand new, but very well maintained. We had a little trouble with the AC, and the staff was there to helt us in a matter of minutes. There is a supermarket, laundry service and great food (try May restaurant for example) at the main road, everything you need right there. Famiana’s food is great as well - both breakfast and lunch/dinner is recommendable and tasty, if you want to stay in. We stayed 5 nights and could easily have stayed longer.

Perfect location and value for money”
The location is prefect near to restaurants and minimart. Beach is clean and private. Staffs are friendly, breakfast was good! The only down side is not much activities for kids at the beach. It’s more suitable for adults relaxing holiday. Overall it was good! We had a free upgrade to villa and close to the beach and pool. Thank you Famiana!

Facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff are full of hospitality and professional. One step away from the beach with beautiful sunsets. I liked to stay on the beach. Only one thing I do not feel comfortable was that mosquitos anoied me while I was sleeping. If those are excluded from the room in any way, that was perfect. But, overall, I really recommend to stay.
