My family has stayed at Villa - 4 rooms for one night. The villa was so nice with the swimming pool. 4 rooms were large, nice and spacious. Friendly staff. Ms Vi - Receptionist Supervisor support us generously. We are giving a five star rating due to the great customer service we received from her. Definitely come back again

The Resort provides very good room services, room is clean and private pool is perfect. It got a long nice beach however, it's pity that services on the beach in not yet developed. If you are enjoying the beach and want to enjoy the drink, it's bit hard to find any contact to order one. Staffs are perfect and very nice. Morning buffet taste good but is bit boring and some dishes are not really for breakfast.

FLC Quy Nhon exceeded my expectation. It has amazing beach and great services (free pick up from villa to anywhere inside the resort, staffs are very friendly and helpful). What can be better: 1. Spa service is of premium charge, however, the quality of massage and support is not that great 2. FLC offers discount for credit card users (15% for Citibank), however it was not clearly and transparently communicated to guests. Only when I asked, checked and doubled clarified with the front desk staff that I actually got 15% discount at a restaurant inside FLC, it turned out that all other services (except for Huong Bien restaurant, mini bar, phone service) are entitled to 15% off inside FLC Quy Nhon. Please ask and insist the staffs to check those deals for you. It may surprise you that they actually have it, however did not communicate.

Overall, I am happy with the stay at villa. However, the services could’ve been more flexible. I faced 2 cases: 1 when the gate keeper does not let my rental car park into the hotel car park and requested me to get to the reception for registration, however, I was hurrying up having breakfast in the restaurant and lobby is 10 mins away. 2nd time, my family did not book the shuttle bus to Eo Gio in advance, and although the bus had blank seats, the hotel staffs did not let our family use the services. The breakfast was poor, food was not filled up quickly and not enough staffs. Staffs are friendly but slow not very flexible. Check-put took 30 mins ... Value for money. I think this place should be somewhat 4 stars only, def not 5 stars

NEED TO IMPROVE THE ROOM SERVICE ”
The resort is far from the city center, it takes at least 25 min, by taxi, there is shuttle bus to the center but just few times a day and not for late hours. The fridge is too small and does not make cold drinks at all, they do not clean well the bath tube. When we asked for some plates, knivies and forks to eat some fruits in villa, they want to charge us 30.000 VND for 1 set, this is incredible I have never been charged for such complementary service in hotels all over the world. I refused the rental service and asked to talk with the restaurant manager, they promised to call me back but no feedback. The day after I come to complain with the manager at the restaurant then the problem was resolved. If this is really the FLC policy, I recommend to remove this and train the staffs how to behave in certain case The resort is very huge and beautiful with many greens surroundings and outdoor entertainments quiet place to relax. All the staffs are very helpful and available.

The beach front villa itself is superb. We love it. However, we were hoping for a better variety for breakfast buffet. The resort is located far from the city center (this is understandable) but maybe they should offer day trip to Quy Nhon City.

My villa with private pool was just next to the golf course, so it had a nice view. It would be helpful if you know that from Oct-Dec, it is rainy season in Quy Nhon unlike southern Vietnam, so just spent time in the villa.

Pay a fortune to buy ridiculous policies”
We hav a real bad experience staying in this 5star resort. Right from the start, they took more than 1 hour to check our family in and this includes three boys all under 1 year old crying. Front desk argued long time with me because the hotel want to keep all 14 passports and ID, original birthcertificates which I didnt feel comfortable n ask them to take photocopy n give me back. Manager arrived to verified 4mil on my credit which they said it is for secure their rooms. FINE. First night, snake was running into the villa; 10.00 PM three guards were banging the door to get the snake out but they failed. They decided to spray pesticide the whole area.

5 star we come for services not your millions ridiculous policies - very bad customer experience”
From the beginning, Front desk argued long time to keep my 14 ID/passports/original birthcertificates which i ddidnt feel comfortable to leave them in their desk n ask the hotel to take photocopy n give me back. Manager arrived to explain it was for the sake of secure their room and their policy is to verified 4 mil on my credit instead. The whole things took more than an hours to check in including my 3 chidren all under 1 year old crying. By the time we arrived to our villa, a letter waiting for u to inform that you are not allowed to bring in food drinks from outside into the hotel or u will be charged 3mil/times. First night, there was snake run into the house; three guards banging our door at 10.00 to get it out but failed; they decide to seal the hole n around 11.00 they spray our whole area with some pesticide. Just great. Not even a word of apology. The same reception even 'caught' me carrying my drink into the hotel n fighting argue with me in the middle of the road like i am a smuggler. (Funny they didnt charge my baby formula too) Rules are introduced after rules: no hanging clothes on balcony, bus wont pick up any guest by the gate, no motobike into internal road, no friend could to visit you by motobike, 8.30 is the shuttle bus time but 8.00 you have to pay extra 1 mil etc etc when we try to ask WHY, it is all because FLC's Policies. At the end, we even have to fight for another hour to check out; and around 8.15 AM there was no manager who we could really talk to. Too bad for such a beautiful hotel with the worst service ever.

Should not choose FLC resort & hotel for your vacation ”
The service of FLC Hotel & Resort are very poor.Especially their staffs,hotline service staff,one has name Ms Qui, she even argue to us when we complained abt long time waiting(15 minute) for ordering of electric shuttle truck within resort. Beside it takes too long time when we called shuttle truck, and the food are very poor taste VS price

It’s out of the way with limited facilities open when we were there. No shuttles to town. Limited eating options. Infrastructure was aging and not like it showed in pictures. No Netflix. No culture. The whole place felt strange and isolated. Beach had lots of rubbbish/plastic. We are Australian, so maybe have a different idea of what a nice beach is. Not good value for money. Do not go here.
