Many customers have already expressed how their reception is nice and helpful, to add to that that have very caring and flexible mindset as my flight arrived Germany early and they understood i had no where to go, I appreciate that a lot. I just wanted to point out some minor facts - Location- wise, you have to change to another line using underground for going to downtown (total of 2 or 3 stations) and walking to “downtown” shopping district is around 20 mins. Must take public transportation or taxi if you travel to and from main station. I think the room is ok clean, honestly it does not look “super clean” to me and the cleaner did the best they could. They only clean my room once every two days, i stayed for 5 nights so my room got cleaned/ changed towels twice only. This is ok for me as they already said it upfront. The complementary water will get refilled only once. Don't quite understand the logic behind this, to me, its either keep filing or no refill at all. I dont mind buying water myself, but when i bought bottle water on second day they refilled their bottle water. So seeing this, I stop buying water but they also stopped refilling the bottle.

Room was 10/10, cleanliness also 10/10, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I booked the room online, the only thing I didn't quite enjoy was when they said we do not accept cash while paying for the 4€ city tax, only card payments accepted here, as a foreigner I didn't have an internationally active card at the time of check-in, I ask3d if I can pay with a virtual card to which they said no, but the nice lady on the reception still let me check-in. it caused me quite a frustration on the first day but thankfully I was able to setup Google wallet the next day and finally managed to pay with it.

What a fabulous stay at the Flemings City hotel in Frankfurt. Location was fabulous and central for all the shopping and various site seeing needed. Rooms were immaculate and spacious and meticulously clean. Sky as on the 7th floor provided a fabulous setting for breakfast in the warmer weather as well as a very buzzy atmosphere for evening drinks and fine ding should you choose to. Will certainly be my first choice now on further visits to Frankfurt as previously always stayed at the Steinberger Hof which is beautiful but at least 3 times the cost and is only on par with Flemings. Thanks to all the staff for making it such a special visit.

“Posizione strategica ”
Ho soggiornato in questa struttura 2 notti, la posizione è strategica perchè in centro e raggiungibile facilmente sia in macchina che con i mezzi. La camera pulitissima ma quello che mi ha colpito di più è stato trovare al mio rientro da una gita giornaliera tutti i miei prodotti da bagno disposti con cura e il mio pigiama piegato, quindi un sentito ringraziamento al personale che fa le camere. Un altro fiore all’occhiello è il ristorante con una magnifica vista panoramica sullo Skyline di Francoforte, cucina italiana contemporanea con ottimi vini e personale gentilissimo. Spero di tornare presto
